I've heard that noctua fans are not worth the extra money, but I have no experience with them. I have one of these and love it.
Edit: But yes they will work. Your case should also come with two fans.
Not yet, as its winter and the temps are low enough I don't need one now. Personally I'll either get a new fan like this or just wait for a sale on a decent liquid cooler.

They're not the quietest as most reviewers confirm but for the money and having led, they are a great deal. I'm someone who doesn't care for leds so I bought some of these instead which are regarded as some of the best 120mms. Dead silent, push a ton of air, high quality, and pwm.
Noctua and Cougar both seem to be the most recommended. You could also look into getting a cheaper aftermarket cpu cooler like a Cryorig C7. I think you're worrying a little to much about it though. 1 or 2 case fans with this build should cool it very sufficiently.
I'm looking for a quiet 120mm case fan for a Define Mini. Thoughts on the [Cougar Vortex PWM] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008N323U6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1) or the [be quiet! SilentWings 3?] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JMELYJA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)
Depends largely on your budget.
Cougar vortex fans are good, but they have some orange on them that might be visible depending on how you plan on mounting them.
Swiftech Helix fans are worth looking at, as are Multiframes and eLoops although they cost a pretty penny.
I'm sure there are other choices but that's a good start.
I've been trying to single out quiet case fans with decent RPM/dB/CFM ratings. I've found these 5 on Amazon, but haven't narrowed down yet. Any suggestions or experience? Looks like some people have worked with the vortex below, and /u/Pianowned seems to know his fans!

Is the only difference with the fan below the Black Colorway?

I hear good things about the Cougar Vortex PWM.
I just received some Cougar Vortex PWM 120mm fans. The web site indicated that they came with rubber pins for tool-less mounting and vibration reduction. But as luck would have it, when I opened the box, I only found steel screws. I'm trying to find some rubber pins, but I've never actually used them and don't know if I need something specific. Any advice?
There are these with a sort of long tail
And these, but I'm not sure if they'd work
pretty much building a new pc except for HDD and PSU. What do u think about these parts?

Yes, provided your motherboard header that you plug into supports PWM.
I use this on my X370 ASRock board and it works fine with 4 fans, then have another 3 in the case plugged into other headers. All running at like 30% when idle.
Most of my fans are these...I'm sad Tigerdirect doesn't have these for $5 after rebate anymore https://www.amazon.com/Cougar-Vortex-Cooling-CF-V12HPB-Black/dp/B008N323U6

If you want Noctua fans then THIS is what you want. For a slightly more affordable solution, I would suggest THIS.
Hope I helped!
