You need a PCIe adapter like this in order to make it work in a standard PCIe port on your mobo.
I don't endorse that particular product, as I bought mine as an all-in-one package (the Broadcom card and the adapter already assembled). It was just the first result when searching Amazon for just the adapter. There are many others, I would suggest checking the reviews.
If budget isn't too much an issue, you can drop in a genuine Apple wifi module mounted to a PCI-E adapter card.
You can also get a PCI-E adapter separately and the scour e-bay/amazon for an Apple module.
There are also some Dell and Broadcom PC laptop WIFI/Bluetooth modules that work in OS X. These will plug right into some mini ITX motherboards that come equipped with an OEM module.
Actually there doesn't seem to be any genuine card on eBay.
I think this is the adapter /u/corpnewt recommends.
And this is the card but it's currently unavailable... still osxwifi.com?
Edit: Maybe those are genuine too:
If you just want one that works 100% OOB - take a look at the BCM94360CD - it's a native Apple card. It requires a special adapter though to fit into a PCIe slot.
I have the card + adapter - it works perfectly in OSX. To get it working in Windows, you need to use the Boot Camp Support software. You can get that with Brigadier - or, you could PM me as I keep them on my DropBox as well.
