I got an SRT* put in, had my feed ramp polished, replaced my mainspring (seriously helped my DA trigger pull), replaced my insanely heavy recoil spring, since I got the P220 Equinox so it came with the fiber optic front post and tritium rear so those didn't need replacement. The cheapest difference-maker in shooting enjoyment is buying nice grips (example).

These were the ones I was referring to, which are made of rubber. The ones you linked to look like they're made of aluminum (would explain the price difference too). I can't speak to the ones you linked since I never ran them when I had my P239, but i can say that the rubber ones were phenomenal to shoot from. The Hogue rubber got rid of the bite that I was experiencing from the rear of my factory grips.
