I didn't realize those MoCA were only available to ISPs currently. I would assume that they would be out sometime soon since they are an official product now. But if they are being offered only to ISPs that is sad. I couldn't find any others out now either.
The 2.0 device will probably be fine. It is a 1Gbps device and should be fine for every day use. It would well exceed the speed of your ISP currently. You could always upgrade later if you want.
Also it looks like everything you mentioned is download based instead of upload based with the exception of the two TiVo's that can record. That should be plenty of bandwidth. Since MoCA is backwards compatible you should be able to use your TiVo system on it if needed as well.
It looks like TiVo streaming to another TiVo uses less than 20Mbps. Netflix streaming 4k says they require at least a stead 25Mbps internet connection.
I think you will be fine.
If you do go with Ethernet that is not in wall, you can get flat cable to make it more hidden.
