Does what I'm looking for exist?
Something that goes into a drive bay and has many adapters such as sd, or micro sd, that I could plug things into without having to buy adapters like this.

Wifi -> cellphone or Wifi -> laptop - make sure dash cam can download to laptop and record at same time.

I've used Lightroom Mobile on my phone (Galaxy S7) and I find it's good for doing quick edits (crop, exposure, color, etc).
It's not as full fledged as the desktop Lightroom but it does have the ability to process RAW files into Jpegs. I just dump files from my D750 using a SD to Micro USB OTG Phone adapter.
Depending on what you need to do it'll get the job done and even for my phone pictures I just put it into Lightroom Mobile and it works wonders for me.
You can get an SD card reader for a cell phone. I use one with my dslr.
I recommend investing in an SD reader, you can find good USB ones for like $8 USD. It's really nice to have for anybody who plays PM, especially if you like mods.

well I'm not sure if the Kindle supports this, but they do make Micro USB OTG SD card reading adapters.
