Honestly all I did was search MRE on Google to find these so I'm not sure if you're purposely trying to be combative or genuinely couldn't find them.
You can buy them on Amazon USA. It looks like they have Russian ones too. Have you ever had them? What is your purpose for them?

If you live close to any Military base check craigslist. Put an ad up looking for some for cheap.
