I'm not an audiophile (although I do love music) but I think the sound quality on these are phenomenal! They last about 8-9 hours of playtime, idle for days and charge quickly. I recommend them to pretty much everybody.
The little earcushions annoyed me so I removed them. I also replaced the silicon/rubber tips with memoryfoam tips they were more comfortable and made it sound better.
Yes! I've been using NFC for loads of tasks. These are the tags that I got. They're really useful as they can be used as just a tag you stick in your wallet for quick banking applications or as a sticker in your car, to connect to your car's stereo system and start a music playlist.
I have this car mount

Ill get you some pics of the mount @ lunch time.
I use voice commands and bluetooth to make everything work.
The only time i touch it is to change cd's in the music player or put it/out of the dock.

The only thing you have to buy are the tags. I bought these:

They work with the newer NFC chips. Some older tags only work with version 1.
For a great free app reader / writer app check out NFC TagWriter by NXP in the android market store.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nxp.nfc.tagwriter
Again, DO NOT pay for tag writing or reading software!
What device do you have?
Here you go, mate. You can program them to do nearly anything you could want.
Here's Trigger. I have an NFC tag in my car that Trigger reads, right now I just have it connecting to the right bluetooth and setting the screen brightness down, you can do pretty cool stuff. I use these NFC tags, totally worth it.
Hm I'm not sure but they also sell through Amazon. These should work on all devices.
Tags don't "wear out" other than physical wear or physical damage.
I got some plastic-backed NFC chips same size as stickers, and even comes with 3M adhesive in the back.
I know it's a bit more expensive, but it appears to be far more durable.

Topaz 512 Chip
Over 3x the memory of NTAG203 Chip for an extra dollar.
Ok, I'm going to suggest two things.
Now comes the fun part. Take the NFC tag or QR code and put it somewhere outside the room, I find that the bathroom works well, since I'm going there anyways. Or you can take the NFC keyfob and chuck it somewhere across the room so you get to play hide and seek with your keys while you're still waking up (also this way you can get up the same way when you're traveling). The reason I love Sleep as Android is that you can set Spotify to play as your alarm, have sleep tracking to try to wake you up in the middle of REM (great for dream recall and dream mornings), and completely disable snooze. All super awesome for starting your day off right.
TL;DR: Taking that extra bit of time will allow you to focus on just waking up while you're getting help from your alarm, which should be playing kick ass music with no chance to snooze.
These ones look nice and it says they are Compatible with all NFC devices.
