Check in with your local plastics or hardware stores. You might be able to find some clear 1/8" thick 1"OD tube. You could get a standard blade tip from there and mirror it yourself, or a pre mirrored one. I don't know if anyone sells blades longer than that otherwise. You'll have to find appropriate length diffusion film, too.
