This (33 NRR) over top of these (19 NRR) is some of the best hearing protection you can buy. When you double up, take the highest NRR and add about 5, and that's your total NRR. As an extreme example, a 308 with a muzzle brake will be about 160 dB, and you want to get it down as close to 120 as possible.
