i suggest 8gb of ram as i usually float anywhere from 3gb-6gb just at idle, but i think everything here SHOULD work c: just look up the motherboard on like insanelymac or tonymac, to see how easy or hard it is to get things running ^ ^ y'know, in my past experience, i'd say 60% is making sure the motherboard is compatible, usually above an intel celeron, any intel is usually supported, and also I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEE do not cheap out on a power supply :c this can later cause problems, like random reboots, if its too low, usually if you can stay over with room, its way better, your build doesn't look like too much of a powerhog, but i'd reccommend at least a 350-450w ish? I just always like to stay safe and go above, i have a similar build with my i3 4360, and i even opted for a ThermalTake 550w JUST in case, here's mine, i got a pretty good deal on it:

is this PSU reliable?

or this HDD? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001EMZPD0/?tag=pcpapi-20
I am planning to use the HDD as my boot drive so I need to know if it will affect FPS or performance

Don't know how to tell whether or not there is another PCI slot so here is my mother board. (I'm very new to PCs and I did not build it.)
