I'm really enjoying this length of pull that feels optimized for someone 4' 11", I'm liking the look of this butt pad, anyone know if it's any good.

I too found that the stock is a bit short, so I added a 1 inch pad to mine. I think it made it just the right length.

Alternatively, you could spend some money and get a nice new American stock that counts as two 922r pieces.
