looks like acrylic, you need acrylic glue like this https://www.amazon.com/Weldon-Applicator-Bottle-Pint-10308/dp/B00TCUJ7A8/ref=pd_sim_328_10?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=V71KNASFKEFDP7JF6TR2 when its in the applicator its very easy to apply to the cracked area and simply squeeze the part together for a few minutes and you'll be good as new (minus liquid) there are many varieties of packaging for this glue you might even find some at a local box store - just make sure its not a glue - it's specifically designed to melt the two surfaces together - be careful a drop might even be too much it will flood those cracks quickly so be sure to not let the glue reach the moveable section (obviously)
This stuff is less viscous then water so it seeps well into small crevices. It’s normal use is for fusing acrylic sheets for things like aquariums so that is a testimony to its strength. The solvent softens the two different pieces and then allows the plastic to bind to itself rather then just being held together by a layer of glue. It does have a tendency to discolor certain kinds of PLA like the silky variants, but solid colors are relatively unaffected.

That's really expensive for the parts. Just build your own. You even can get many acrylic sheet sellers on eBay to precut it for you for free or super cheap. The main things you'll need are a corner clamp and weld-on 4 glue. You can't use cheaper glue available in stores, it just won't hold. That stuff is pretty watery so make sure you're on a tarp or something. The walls can be ⅛ inch thick and the bottom platform should be ¼ inch. For the ramp, that's something in the lighting section of home Depot and Lowe's that costs roughly $10. After assembling it, I'd wrap the ramp with drawer liner from Walmart. It's $5 and my turtles disliked my ramp until I did, now they go up much more. It's nice and soft on their feets ;)
As far as the question of will they climb out, absolutely. When you make it, extend the walls around the rest of the tank.
The acrylic "glue" is more like a bond, since it actually softens the pieces of acrylic and chemically bonds them together. Was considering bonding two layers together since they are 1/16 sheets but it looks like it is holding together pretty well. I use this tool to cut the pieces, this pack for the standoffs, and finally these m2 5mm screws. Oh also bumpons from hobby lobby for the bottom and I also got in on the aluminum cone feet in the recent drop on massdrop. Final version of the case will have cleaner cuts. Oh also.. I would recommend a step drill bit for drilling the holes, since the acrylic could crack in the drilling process.
