If you live in the US, it's getting a bluray release in November. If you live in the UK, the bluray comes like the day before.
Both will come with the English dub, which I liked in theaters, as well as Japanese with English subs. It's about $27 as of right now so I'd recommend preordering, which I've done, in case the price goes down further or goes back up, but Amazon will charge you the lowest price even if it goes up.

Bad news then... the Blu-Ray/DVD wont launch until Nov 7th of this year. Otherwise you could import. No legal streaming options though.

I'm fairly certain that most of these have options in the main menu to change between the dub and sub. It lists both the English and Japanese VA for the cast as well so it's probably safe to assume that it has both.

If you want to be really sure there's an amazon listing for the same price that has all the audio options listed.

Something unique... My go-to story is usually about how I got lost on an island for four hours during an 8th grade field trip.

But more recently, I just celebrated my one-year anniversary to my boyfriend, who I met through reddit, trying to find a dnd group. I am also going through a divorce- but the unusual thing is that my weekly dnd group includes my ex and my boyfriend, there is no tension or animosity, and we're all friends :)

Galaxy Trucker (My boyfriend and I play and collect board games and this is my favorite one)

The American theatrical release had both the Englsh sub and an official English dub. According to the Blu-ray listing here, the English dub is out in the wild.
