Leukotape. This stuff will change your life if you are backpacker or long distance climber. I spent three days wearing heavy mountaineering boots during a winter climb in the Sierras. 30+ miles, 9,000 vertical, and about 8 stream crossings and it stayed in place on my heels the entire time. It’s some kind of sorcery. https://www.amazon.com/Leukotape-Sports-Tape-15-Yd/dp/B00TSSRY1I

Lots of good things to be said about Leukotape.

I've also heard good things about Mueller tape.

Edit: see other commenters links for a better version of Mueller Tape

Only pros I've ever given them is the fact that it lasts long and it doesn't get dirty.

My issue with them is the absolutely preposterous idea of paying ~$30 + tax + shipping for a piece of rubber, and then using bullshit marketing like paying youtubers to recommend their overpriced garbage. They could be having a $5 clearance sale and I'd still be telling them to go fuck themselves.

I prefer making my own spiral tape grip and covering them with renfrew grip (gauze) tape that I get for $3. It's super thin (or thick if you want it to be, just do more passes). This doesn't eat at the gloves and provides great feel. Not that there isn't bullshit with that either. Renfrew grip tape is also going for $11 on amazon right now when it's $3 at my local shop down the street or 3 for $9 on ebay.

Taki mac grips go for ~$5-$8 on ebay or amazon or ~$10 at your local hockey store. They're pretty great for the price, although granted the designs are not as great as the butt-endz (I like to feel the spiral tubing on my grips and tacki-mac's were not protruding enough for my taste).

Sorry for the rant but there really are a bunch of vultures in the hockey community tricking unsuspecting new players into their bullshit. IT DOES NOT COST $9 TO SHIP A PAIR OF SOCKS, PEOPLE!

Also, if you do end up getting a grip, make sure to tape down your end-plug BEFORE you install it. They're insanely difficult to remove once installed.

Get some nipple concealers or some jogger's tape

The thing is you may not need the support of a bra (us flat chested and proud unite!) but you still got to deal with the abrasion of the leotard fabric ribbing across the tender skin of the nipples. Hell with marathon runners it does it so much their nipples will bleed. Not fun

So yeah stick these silicon pasties or some athletic tape over the spot and you should be protected.

Injinis have helped SO MUCH! I used to get blisters on my toes constantly, but none since using injinjis!

Also, I have a pair of shoes that started rubbing on the inside of my foot, above my arch. I put these patches inside my shoe and they solved that problem! I have a friend with a serious hammer pinky toe and these also keep his feet from wearing through the upper!

I couldn’t agree more, taping thumbs is a game changer. I buy my tape off amazon, in case you’re needing a link:

If I need to keep playing I cover the blister with athletic tape (the cloth/fabric-y kind like this Mueller tape, cut to the right width and with an extra patch upside down over the blister so the sticky side doesn't touch it). The cloth texture has similar grip as skin so it doesn't slip too much. I've also used it for rock climbing blisters and it's worked well. Main advantages over bandaid are that it won't fall off and it's less slippery.

If you're asking for something similar to the Victor GR-50 cushion wrap, "pre-wrap for athletic tape" is something very similar and available from amazon for cheap (in the US at least). For example: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01AGSVYUK/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_DlLVCb2J8NR6W

Hey sorry for late reply. I don’t check here often. To answer your question: I’m not sure as far as KT brand name tape goes. But there is another brand I found that is not only cheaper but holds even better (and that’s saying a lot because KT does a damn fine job) and they definitely offer uncut rolls of the tape. The generic term for the kind of tape is “Kinesiology Tape”. If link sharing is permitted, the one I bought and use is at the URL below. Otherwise the brand is “Fitdom” and the product is “Revive” kinesiology tape.

I have had a lot of good experiences with it so far. Some reviews report it can potentially irritate some people’s skin so be aware of that and listen to your body :)

I use it as a replacement semi-permanent o-ring type retainer, and if positioned properly and applied correctly (massage into skin after putting it on) it can even act and feel like (at least I imagine because I never had a real one) a contractile ring that behaves like the frenulum and ridged band should. I like it a lot! And it stays on me solidly for at least 3 days unless I remove it, even through masturbation. You can also use it as a “grip” if you’re a manual tugged such as myself. I find that this tape is perfect for being on the go.

Two words of warning, though, it is possible to apply it too tightly; the tape will contract on itself after application so always go just a hair looser than what you think you need to, especially if you plan to wear it at night. Second thing: if applied as pseudo-contractile ring, either retract before you pee or sit down. Be warned that, at least in my case, your stream may shoot differently! And most importantly don’t strain, because it will cause slight pressure on your urethra if retracted.

Hope this helps! And don’t ever stop moving forward :)

Rhino Split on this split, covered by Power Company's Circuit Tape seems to make my splits heal a bit faster. (Or tape like this, same basic idea)

Look up rubber compression wraps, band

I hurt my knee a while back and that thing has been a miracle worker. Just put it on your thigh, keep it on for say two minutes if even that, move your leg around or prop it up if you wish. Take it off and see if it feels better. I'm pretty sure my knee wouldn't have bounced back so well if my coach hadn't wrapped me in that after every time I exercised and now if it feels sketchy, I just wrap and usually it feels better and far better mobility.

Also look into mobility exercises, mobilitywod

Mobility work would help too. Do some of this before you work out, it will get you limber without stretching those muscles out to much.

I’m currently trying Spartan brand tape. So far, it sticks really well.

I haven’t tried this trick but an EDSer told my geneticist that they paint a thin layer of pepto on their skin and let it dry before putting on tape and it helps protect their skin when they remove it. My skin gets a bit ripped up if I’m careless when removing tape, sometimes it doesn’t matter how careful I am. Putting coconut oil on the tape and waiting several minutes before removing it has helped when I’ve been particularly sensitive. If anyone has tried the pepto trick, I’m curious if it works without interfering with the adhesive.

I have bilateral multi directional instability (forward and down are worse than backwards) in my shoulders. PT, strengthening, and general positional awareness have helped for when I’m conscious but I sublux and dislocate in my sleep often. I just sent back a shoulder brace that looked promising but turned out to be entirely useless for what I needed. I’d like to try this brace by Bauerfeind but have to find out if my insurance would cover it. I’m wary of even going through the hassle of trying to find a braces that offer support without restricting all movement and are considered “durable medical equipment.” My PT thinks something designed for posture correction might possibly be helpful, so that’s the next plan. I need something that pulls my shoulders back into the sockets and prevents my scapulas from winging.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edited to add links. Also, a shoulder surgeon told me to try a sully brace for my shoulders but boobs.

Liquid bandage and tape.
I really like the tape that feels like "band-aid" material for this type of scrape.
https://www.amazon.com/3M-909011-Waterproof-Sports-Tape/dp/B00FQT3LBU

I just get it at cvs but sometimes they don't have it.

When you wrap it. Flex your toes and spread them as far out as posible. Go across your foot (perpendicular to your toes) a few times then start to work an anchor in between your big toe. Be liberal with your tape and don't go too tight. You need it to stay on during hard rolls but don't want to limit your mobility or be uncomfortable.

"Prudent" Maybe. But definitely more expensive. ($3 per grip for the whole set adds a bit over the years.)

$15 for tape.
https://smile.amazon.com/Hireko-Grip-Tape-2-Inch-36-Yard/dp/B00J0XU008

$10 Odorless Mineral Sprits: https://smile.amazon.com/Mona-Odorless-Paint-Thinner-16-ounce/dp/B00279I7JS

$5 Shaft grip: https://smile.amazon.com/Wedge-Guys-Refinishing-Refurbishment-Replacement/dp/B00SA5JBZW

(I also add 2" blue painters tape as build up wraps. Easier to clean. But not needed.)

That's enough for 10+ sets of grips, about $4 per set. For the cost of paying someone to do grips one time, I can regrip mine and my friends' clubs a few times each. I don't mind doing the labor.

It's no problem to cut off the old grips and prep for new. I'll cut the old ones off, and apply new tape while sitting in front of the TV. (usually when the wife's not home.) Then take them to the workshop for the messy part.

hey! Currently my Boston is 4 months. Ears typically should start standing up at 4 months but if they don't then they might need some training. Here is an explanation and guide to help. I would wait till 3 months and start taping. It is a harmless trick. http://www.boston-terriers.com/ears.htm

the tape they mention is kinda hard to find through stores, I have been using this tripled up https://www.amazon.com/Kind-Removal-Single-Silicone-2770S-1/dp/B01BH57H2U/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_200_lp_t_3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=SV4J698RGNJWX1F4GBKE

>These

I was just coming here to recommend this! They're also called "self adhesive bandages" or "vet wrap" (no tape for hairy legs! lol!)

My son has been using them on some foot wounds that are a pain to cover. He hasn't complained about being too hot and it sticks to itself nicely.

TapTape. I own the brand. We are the only tape brand to have 2 distinct products lines. Fission is our easy-on easy-off x-tape for everyday rolls and DeathGrip is used for harder rolls and joint support. All come with free Amazon Prime shipping. If you have questions you can can message me.

The self adhering tape does not bunch. It works in opposition to the vacuum so you don't have to wrap too tightly. I did not find it challenging. I used something like this:
