Ya, I had THIS for like 2.5 years before getting my 6+ a few weeks ago. Talk about an upgrade.
It's based on ratings and Siri uses Wolfram Alpha, it has nothing to do with the SEO.
Since Lumia is the highest rated smartphone on Amazon, it says Lumia 900

This is the $60 phone I have https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PG0D3GW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
had it for over 6 months so far. great screen and quality, good ui, I've dealt with customer support and no complaints. As far as specs go, pokemon go can take a few moments to start up and every once and a while lag or even crash, but from talking to friends with better phones, that sounds more like a problem with the game itself than my phone being low spec. Google chrome and maps open instantly and don't lag or anything at all.
Only real noticeable difference is picture quality, which, honestly isn't bad http://i.imgur.com/ju6a7rf.jpg but its a phone, I didn't buy it to take pictures or video, I have an actual camera for that.
more expensive phones might have slightly better screen resolution.... but its a small phone, so its hardly noticeable, and, again, its a phone, having a phone with a quad core cpu @ 3ghz or whatever is like having a gtx 1080 gpu for your laptop so you can play terraria. Better specs don't mean anything when you don't actually use it.
Oh, and since I don't text much or use much data, its only $12 a month for service.
Xiaomi phones are great for pogo and cheap. I own 3 different models and they all play the game well enough. I think the Redmi A2 lite is around that price (3g ram 32GB) and a good choice. I think you can probably find them online like Amazon or phone retailers, just find a Xiaomi phone in your price range and it should be fine. Just stick to at least 2GB ram, probably at least want 1.4ghz processor speed but 2ghz+ is ideal.
Edit: The new 7A is perfect and right at your price range! https://www.amazon.com/Xiaomi-MicroSD-Display-Factory-Unlocked/dp/B07T53LS8W/ref=sr_1_23?keywords=Xiaomi&qid=1564678147&rnid=2941120011&s=mobile&sr=1-23
Amazon shows they'll be shipping in 1-2 months. Probably having to wait for another production run, the initial run has sold out. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NSPMFYS
Living in India now. I feel comfortable with the 80% figure. I'm done by being amazed by who has a smart phone.
There are Chinese and Indian brands that you haven't heard of in the west manufacturing not bad Android phones at cheap prices. Indian brands include Micromax or Karbonn. You can buy one of their phones, contract free starting at $80. Here is a popular Micromax it's selling on Amazon India for $110. With some help, or maybe even a small loan, it's quite affordable for many Indians.
I have known of Westerners who bought phones here in India to have a cheap phone in the West.
Also, that doesn't take the used market into consideration. Finally, they aren't paying US cell phone plane prices. My Indian phone bill is pretty lavish (post paid, 800 minutes day, unlimited night, unlimited texting, 3gb of 3G for about $20.) Most Indians will have pre-paid and are spending about $5-$7 a month in service.
I did the month-to-month plan for $35/mo with unlimited (yes REAL unlimited) data and text, with 300 minutes. The phone is a fully featured smartphone with a good processor, Motorola Triumph, that cost $240 (though you can get it on sale for under $175 often) and has a 1 year warranty. There is plenty of choice here, you just have to shop around.
If you want something good, you can pay very little money. If you want the BEST, yes, you are going to pay a lot; that is expected.
That gives me the following tools: camera, phone, flashlight (phone's LED flash - surprisingly bright), emergency phone charger, 8Gb USB stick / flash card, phone data cable (phone has an additional 32Gb microSD card), knife, file, wire stripper / cutter, pliers, philips / flathead screwdrivers, bottle opener, scissors, marker, corkscrew, fire starter, and keys.
I also generally carry my ID and debit card, not pictured.
Amazon Wireless has Cyan and Black pre-orders for only $0.01.
EDIT - Just ordered mine in black, total at checkout was indeed $0.01. Estimated delivery is April 11th with free 2 day shipping. You also get a free Mini-USB car charger from Amazon Wireless.

Just the product and some description
Keep an eye on LG Tributes on this amazon page:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00O15EGPA/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I picked up 2 of them last night at 9.99 a piece.
For something really inexpensive, the LG Tribute may meet all of your needs. It is slightly smaller than the Galaxy S III, but in a similar class. The only feature of the phone that is noticeably cheap is the 480 x 800 screen resolution. Otherwise it competes with phones several times more expensive.
The prepaid Sprint one I kinked too isn't officially supported by Ting, but in my, and several other users', experience, it works great on Ting.
Amazon has been changing its listing page often within the past couple of hours. Here's the Pixel 3a. in purple-ish. Pixel 3a XL.
When this deal was on I believe that there should have been a $100 gift card added to the cart as well as a $379 pixel 3A XL. Did that not happen?
Sounds like you missed it though and simply backordered it with the regular price. I can understand the confusion as the deal itself was pretty hidden to begin with.
Here is the cached page in case that helps. I'd just try amazon chat a few times and say you were supposed to receive a $100 gift card with your order and amazon customer service already confirmed earlier you would. Show them the link if they want to see something and ask them if they would credit you $100. Maybe you will get lucky

I'd go buy them a brand new phone for their Bday. Something like this. And if they said anything other than "thank you" that would be the last I spoke to them.
Well I just checked Amazon, and with the shipping I can get it for $330. It sounds like an extremely good deal to me, what do you think? here's the link
Meanwhile the Micromax Canvas A1 (same device as the Qmobile A1) sells for $179 on Amazon (which is higher than the Pakistan price):
And on Amazon India for Indian Rs. 4800 (which is higher or equivalent to the Pakistan price):
In any case when the Android One A1 model was released (Qmobile A1 or Canvas A1) - it was more expensive in the U.S.
So these price discrepancies can exist.
If you don't like the tax regime, take it up with the government.
Sprint, I believe, at least they have their logo printed on the phone. I believe that THIS is the model that we have.

Edit: some "like new" on Amazon

I don't have any problem with T-Mobile's HSPA+ 42 being called "4G". But that's not what I wrote above.
---
These "4G" claims didn't start with HSPA+ 42, they started with HSPA+ 14.4 T-Mobile claims anything at or above HSPA+ 14.4 is "4G", (both it's network and devices) and they still do so today :
There are large metro areas that still have just one channel of HSPA+ 21 being called "4G" on T-Mobile's network, today.
T-Mobile also sold lots of devices with HSPA+ 14.4 radios that it claimed were "4G". For instance, the T-Mobile G2 (sources : http://www.engadget.com/2010/08/18/t-mobile-g2-gets-a-teaser-site-will-be-networks-first-hspa-ph/ and http://www.amazon.com/T-Mobile-G2-Google-Android-Phone/dp/B0042RUOFI )
To my knowledge, the ITU has not redefined "4G" to allow HSPA+ 14.4 to fit that description. But for years, T-Mobile advertised it this way (during the time Sprint was advertising WiMax as "4G").
Do you understand the words "reasonably priced" because that clearly is not talking about top of the line Pixels and Galaxy S lines?
Also that $40 dollar phone
>This is a phone I found with a quick google search, that one is $40 new in one of the biggest telecom of the country but you could find others for way less.

Would be free or at most $20 dollars in the US BTW because its specs are crap and a ripoff for $40.
Example much better phone for $30
https://www.amazon.com/TracFone-TCL-LTE-Prepaid-Smartphone/dp/B07SK4MXQ9/
Your example proves my point about phones being a ripoff in value
Awesome, I have the international unlocked version: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YZLRBFP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_1zEZDbJY417JH

Even though it's t-mobile "locked" you can still use Verizon
Came across this one awhile ago as well: https://www.amazon.com/LG-LM-G710TM-TMobile-Smartphone-Raspberry/dp/B07K1GJGVC/ref=sr_1_11?keywords=lg+g8&qid=1572561050&sr=8-11
It's from amazon. Not brand new condition like the ebay one, but it would get delivered much much faster.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q1U31VI iif he uses at&t, or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075FL4H89 or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006OU39QW if he uses verizon
LG Ultimate 2. Durable, no problems with it. Decent camera and video. I feel no need to upgrade any time soon.
I especially like that it's carried by Tracfone since I love not having to pay a phone bill every month. All I have to do is top up when I need it, which is every 2-3 months tops, and I have the triple minutes thing.
So for my usage, what I ending paying equals maybe $10/month for my service.
Kyocera DuraXT E4277 PTT (Sprint) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BGJKSJM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_9g-1Db6VKR5J2
I've read good things about the T-Mobile HTC G2, and it comes with a hardware keyboard, which is the one thing I wish my HTC Evo had (if only for use as a gamepad for emulated NES games...)
If you're ok with CDMA, Sprint's HTC Evo has a massive screen, and the HTC Evo Shift has an iphone sized screen, but comes with a hardware keyboard.
IMO, stick with HTC hardware, they make great products.
