One time i ate almost a whole box of those fiber one chocolate fudge brownies in one sitting. The amount of pain in my guts followed by liquified brownies exiting my rear was AGONIZING. I didn't take the whole "fiber helps you poo" thing as legit so my disregard for the impact they'd have turned into a tough lesson learned.

On a separate occasion, i chewed a huge bag of [juicy fruit sugar free gum](JUICY FRUIT--Fruity Chews Original Sugarfree Gum--Original Fruity Flavored Sugarfree Chewing Gum--1-120 Piece Resealable Bag https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00QT2ACY2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_reHUBbFDN7DPG) over the course of 48 hours. Needless to say i quickly learned just how powerful (and painful) a laxative sugar-free foods can be.

I wish you luck, it's gonna be a rough few days for your guts 😪

Don’t forget the Dr. Pepper.

Its basically pure menthol for your taste buds and clears out my sinuses every time. But I do it in emergencies because its so strong for me it feels like Im breathing ice and burns a bit! Its super intense. https://www.amazon.com/Lotte-Black-Chewing-Gum/dp/B00028LDJC

My favorite review : "Gum gives feelings of triumphant power; feelings I associate with conquest of Manchuria and destruction of American electronics industry. I ate a stick of this gum, started a software company, proved the Riemann hypothesis and set myself up as generalissimo of a small Latin American country. Upon finishing the pack, I found my eyes had turned blue, I could fold space with the power of my mind and I could see the golden path in my genetic memory. Strong stuff; don't chew too much."

I buy the bulk packs of gum off of amazon. Keeps me from eating anything while I'm bored and the box will last you a few months.

EDIT: This is what I buy but it does contain sorbitol. I personally haven't had diarrhea from it: http://www.amazon.com/Orbit-Wintermint-Sugarfree-14-Piece-Packs/dp/B001IZHSII/ref=pd_sim_gro_4

I've seen this at the store a few times and I think it pretty much speaks for itself.

I like Freedent. It also comes in spearmint.

Ingredients: Sugar, Gum Base, Corn Syrup, Glycerol, Natural Flavors, Sorbitol, Soy Lecithin, Aspartame, Acesulfame K, BHT (to Maintain Freshness).

Edit: Simply Gum appears not to have xylitol, but I've never tried that brand before.

Ingredients: Organic raw cane sugar, natural chicle base (chicle, candelilla wax, citrus acid), natural flavor, organic vegetable glycerin, sunflower lecithin, organic rice flour

hey, reading your post was like reading my own story too, can so relate.

re. chewing specifically though.... i tend to chew my fingertips / fingernails as my main stress stimming thing, and it hurts a lot, and this gum rly helped me ! i'd chewed through this in a month and needed something better. it's a turkish mastic gum that is rly hard, doesnt particularly have a flavour but lasts all day, stays the same consistency and is rly hard to chew so it's satisfying enough to stop any stimming rly. helps me to concentrate a lot !

Gum will sell like crazy, I guarantee it. Buy larger multipacks (like this) and mark them up, like $1-2 a pack. Easy profit.

u/rswalker · 2 pointsr/keto

I like Spry. It's sweetened with only Xylitol, one of the lower-GI sugar alcohols.

u/BrokenAglet · 2 pointsr/EDC

What gum do you chew? Also, are you talking about this type of bulk bag?

u/sassytaters · 2 pointsr/keto

I like Spry. It's made with xylitol. They have it at my Kroger, but only the Spearmint and Peppermint. The local hippie health food store has a juicy fruit knock off, cinnamon, even licorice flavor. And you can get them from Amazon:

u/BladeBrandier · 2 pointsr/keto

https://www.amazon.com/Spry-Xylitol-Natural-Spearmint-100ct/dp/B000LT0SK2 I love this stuff! It doesn't last as long but the taste is good, and it's just xylitol for sweetener which is good for your teeth anyway!

Maybe try this There are a whole series of dessert flavors. I haven't tried them so I am not sure how good they are.

There's a type of gum called "simply gum" in the states that comes with papers to spit your him into.

If you're looking for something to chew on that doesn't have sugar or artificial sweeteners, you might try "mastic gum" or Falim.

Wow. Is this what you bought? Chios Mastiha Tears Gum Greek 100% Natural Mastic Packs From Mastic Growers (20gr Medium Tears) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YSO7KRA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_eZT4Ab63V63BE

Sure!

  • 6 x Plano 3650N cases (Amazon seems to have the Creative Options version on offer instead.)
  • 2 x 10pc small storage containers (found them in the food storage aisle at a Dollar Tree).
  • 2 x Extra 35 stick pack gum. Do what you want with the gum but leave the containers open for a while unless you like your cards smelling like mint.
  • 500 count mini-American sleeves.
u/YousaInBigDooDoo · 1 pointr/swdestiny

They are these and you can get them at walmart and probably some convience stores. The best part is it comes with gum aswell.

I googled "maple gum" and this was the first hit:

http://www.amazon.com/Simply-Gum-Natural-Chewing-Maple/dp/B00N37CCAS

Seems like it would be nasty, if you ask me. I don't think "maple" and "chewing" go well together.

Do gums like this Trident stuff actually help rebuild your teeth?

I understand gum is not a substitute for brushing/flossing, but, as I get older, I've found that I have issues with really cold foods at times. I'd like to help reduce that without costly dental treatments.

u/jeremypr82 · 1 pointr/Dentistry

Gum works! This is my favorite. <3 Recaldent

You can get Orbit pretty cheap from Amazon, I buy it there once every few months. Not much flavor variety, but the price is right and it's...good gum, I guess.

I'm on day 8 liquid diet with a couple snacks other than "Keto Chow". When I started I additionally picked up this gum and chew it while driving and during high-focus at work primarily.

Not related to amazon or the company making that gum, I just saw a post a bit ago about it and figured I'd try it out during the diet.

u/Chipmunks95 · 1 pointr/teenagers
u/Wallabybyebye · 1 pointr/fasting

I tried this gum for a while (not an affiliate link), and it's pretty good, zero sugar, carbs or even aspartame (which is supposedly the "bad" sweetener though I don't know much about that topic). I stopped using it because I don't really need it since I'm a programmer (very little to no people contact) and I'm not used to being chewing all day.

Still if it's sugar-free and very low calorie I think you should be fine. I would only worry about the chewing and tasting sweet possibly triggering desires to actually eat something, but that's a personal thing.

Apple Pie gum

I can't buy it because I'll chew the whole pack within two hours.
