Here's a link to an Amazon listing for an original coupon from the store (safe bet that it's the same, same business name advertises six stores in the NY area). Seller is asking $14.
If you just want them off your hands, you could contact that seller and see if they're interested in selling them as a packaged deal, and they could reimburse you for shipping.
If you have more patience and/or time and want to attempt to sell them, list them on Amazon or Ebay for maybe $8 to $10 plus shipping. You would probably get a buyer eventually. You could also contact local pawn shops or antique dealers who may buy them, or check your local small town news classified ads, there are frequently ads from collectors looking to purchase items.
Last resort maybe donate them to your local historical society? Please don't throw them in the trash though, these are cool!

As someone else mentioned, he was suspected of being an undercover federal agent of some kind. Very little of that actually made it into the show. Basically the only line I can actually remember in the show that alludes to this is when Cohle is being interviewed by the two black detectives and telling them about his time being undercover, and then asking to be put into homicide. He says something like, "That's where the fed rumors first came in" AKA, due to him just being planted into homicide in Louisiana seemingly from nowhere, he was suspicious (and his aloof demeanor didn't help I'm sure).

So yeah, they suspected Cohle of being undercover, but it got cut from the show other than Cohle mentioning it once in the 2012 interviews and the rat comment you mention.

I am sure I got this from one of Reddit but I cannot hunt it down now. So not sure when this was taken. It's probably from one of the TRIO shops that a fellow kitsune ninja-ed the photo on a previous trip.
The price of the poster in your link is almost the same as the one in my link. I cannot tell if it's authentic but the general consensus here is that signed Babymetal merch is rare and there are probably a lot of fakes out there.
Interestingly, Amazon has a signed reproduction of the same poster.

I think your features are attractive, but the photos have a negative energy which I don't find attractive. I don't know if you are that intense and serious in real life? Or that's just your selfie face, but if the photos reflected someone who seemed a little warmer or fun, I would rate you higher.

Inspired by the poster from MASH the movie?
So Rebound was released as one of Dark Horse's 2013 Free Comic Book Day releases. How FCBD comics work is they are short stories, but they are bound together with one or two other comics from a different franchise. One story's cover on the front and another on the back.
Rebound was released with Star Wars and Captain Midnight short stories. So there isn't really a way to just buy rebound as a single comic, its either in its original release bound with two totally unrelated stories, or its in Team Avatar Tales which is a collection of avatar shorts.
You can stil buy its original release from amazon and ebay, but its less readily accessible than the more mass produced and actually meant for shelves team avatar tales. Plus while the exact price can vary slightly based on where you buy and shipping, just buying rebound would at the very most be slightly cheaper than team avatar tales. And team avatar tales includes not only rebound but two other fcbd avatar stories and several brand new short avatar stories.
Here are some links for amazon listings of the original release of Rebound. Again it is bound with two other short stories, and the star wars comic's cover is shown most prominently. But given the year listed, that atla is listed in the listings titles, and one of the listings shows the rebound cover, i'm confident these include rebound.
