Primary Items:

7-pack of 11x14" Canvases: $17.98

1 qt Floetrol: $6.97

Silicone oil: $14.99

Liquitex High Gloss Varnish: $13.32

Acrylic Paints: ~$1 each (I bought 4)

Popsicle sticks: ~5.00

TOTAL COST: $62.26

It's a tad pricy up front (I got most of this for my birthday), but several of these things will last me many pours. The canvases (obviously), the floetrol, the silicone oil, and the popsicle sticks will last for quite some time. It's possible the varnish will as well - I'm not sure yet, I haven't varnished my first canvas yet. Really the paint seems to be the thing that will run out the fastest unless you buy large sizes. I did cheap paint for my first pour, just to get kind of an idea, but I really liked how it turned out so I'm not inclined to buy anything more expensive for now. There are some other things that I had on hand an don’t have prices. Items like gloves, plastic cups, a butane torch, and the garbage bag I put under it.

Respirator, I also try and work outside when possible. Resin has seriously messed up my lungs before I used a mask. Some people probably don't use them, but the things I make require me to be close to my pieces.

These are the items I use for resin, I make jewelry and cabochons. (My mask is different.)
I've read / heard that latex isn't supposed to be used as gloves as it can interact with the chemicals in the resin. You're more than likely able to find the sticks, gloves, and cups in your local area for cheaper, and you won't have to cover shipping. Dollar store cups should work.

I just realized your Amazon list is from the UK. All of the links I posted above are from the US so I'm not sure if everything is sold in your area.

Have you ever researched resin making on Youtube? There's TONS of UK Youtubers who make resin things that will post links to stores they purchase from and give great tips. I can post some if you'd like.

Of course as the previous commenter posted, you'll need to grab molds, which can be found pretty decently priced on eBay.

I haven't been using resin for a super long time (maybe a year?) so there might be more experiences people who can give better advice, but this is what I use and my experience.

Those are mine in the photo. I got them from a catered event where they where used to keep bite sized tacos closed. Their pervert potential was immediately obvious, so I kept them. The tacos being delicious helped a lot.

They look pretty easy to source, Amazon got them https://www.amazon.com/100-Pack-Clothespins-Natural-Wooden-Craft/dp/B06X6K6XYB/ref=sr_1_1_sspa/132-3381334-0428161?ie=UTF8&qid=1541238201

Wow! Couldn't put together how that would work, but I see the tension on the sticks now. Setting this up seems like it would be a rather relaxing process.

4000 for $48

Looking at the video I estimate about 7 sticks per 4.5 inches with these, which would build you at least 215 feet of explodable track. I can't think of a more perfectly pointless thing to do.

They appear to be foam craft tubes. Similar to the same density as pool noodles.

I use a grill scraper similar to this one to clean my charcoal grill. For my gas grill, I use a paint stirrer.

All bristle cleaners will eventually shed bristles. My friend told me the story of how his friend died from eating a burger that had a bristle in it. It had traveled down to his intestine where it punctured the lining. Doctors weren't able to save him. This was a few decades ago. Now they probably could find it and cut out the section of intestine where the bristle is at but why risk it.
