I just buy them off Amazon now, much easier than hunting for them.
They're huge 300g bags as well, so they last a while. https://www.amazon.ca/Martins-Crispy-Apple-Chips-300g/dp/B00MTZJ6IQ/
It depends what kind you get. Colace is often recommended right after birth as it doesnt. Stool softeners don't; stimulant laxatives do.
For me, it's always a dehydration issue. I keep this in the pantry and when she was first born would pop a couple prunes and chug water to help the symptoms

You can sometimes find bags of dried ones in health food stores or more upscale markets, or you can order them from amazon
It's not the same as a fresh one obviously, but it gives you an idea of the taste.
You can get freeze-dried fruits in many places. https://www.amazon.com/Crispy-Green-Freeze-Dried-Non-GMO-Packaging/dp/B00F6MFXCW is one example.
Chocolate lasts a long time -- it'll develop a white frost on it if it's stored cold, but you just rub that off and it's good as new.
You can make a decent mug of hot chocolate with hot water, cocoa powder, and some sweetened condensed milk.
If you snack anyways, IMO it's best to just start buying your snacks a month before you were going to eat them. Maybe portion a given amount of each snack each week from a bulk bag to a smaller serving jar if you have problems with eating the entirety of a snack in a hurry when it's supposed to be for storage.
Yeah. Even if those cherries are "no sugar added," they are still pure sugar. See the nutrition info on these: https://smile.amazon.com/Sunrise-Company-Cherries-16-oz/dp/B00CN5447A/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1494892386&sr=8-1&keywords=dried+cherries
And the grapes are about 0.85g carbs per grape: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/1920/2
And it's a carb per large strawberry: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/2064/2
Your carbs are yours to spend how you want, but fruit adds up super fast. Weigh it or don't eat it.

No way! It's gotta be chinese lollies aka li hing mui (dried red plums)
I'm korean. So I buy dried pollack. The shipping is expensive though. So you can either go to a local asian market (Hmart, Lotte, etc) and look for dried pollack, preferably shredded in strips, or look for another type of dried fish.
What I do is, I boil some water and put the dried pollack in there until it softens up. After that, drain it and include it in your dog(Chewbacca?)'s food or just give it to him as a treat. You don't have to boil it but it makes it very soft and easy to eat.
EDIT: Or you can buy this and cut it to little pieces.

Next time you make this, sub out that vinegar for this kind.
You'd probably want to cut back to like 1/4 cup though.
I also use black mushroom. Rehydrated and cut thin.
About a month ago I picked up a big jar of sun-dried tomatoes from Costco for like 8 bucks. They add such a delightful kick to wraps, salads and pasta.
Very similar to this jar.

Every holiday season, I make my own raspberry cheesecake cookies. I actually came up with this recipe by myself and have gotten good reviews from my family and coworkers. It's a bit different than Subway's raspberry cheesecake cookies but I think they taste more like the real thing.
Also this is my first time posting this recipe ANYWHERE so if you guys want to try it out and tell me what you think, I'm all ears!
You need:
First off, credit where credit is due: I modified this from this sugar cookie recipe.
Steps:
This makes a soft, dense sugar cookie with a slightly crunchy cracked top. They stay soft if you keep them in an airtight container, though I wouldn't let them sit for too long since they do have quite a bit of cream cheese in them which I imagine would go bad.
Hope you ladies enjoy!
An active chin can easily burn off those calories, and you probably won't hurt his digestion with that many (but each chin is unique in their gut sensitivity) My guys seem to prefer craisins and they come in a reduced sugar variety that has less sugar than your average raisin. Puffed cereals can be great too because they seem to love the texture but there's nearly no nutritional value to them (just like hay!) Wild chinchillas eat high sugar cactus fruit when they can find it.
nice. I'm still waiting on my order from Amazon
I've heard good things about Karen's Just Veggies from Adventure Alan. He recommends them for a few of his recipes to bump up flavor and nutrition. https://www.amazon.com/Karens-Naturals-Freeze-Dried-Vegetables-Preservatives/dp/B00GSE74LK/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1538957538&sr=8-2-spons&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=just+veggies+freeze+dried+vegetables&psc=1

Why guess? Amazon is easy to search. One of my regular items is candied ginger. A 1lb bag is about $10. In a grocery store it's about $8/oz.
Here a 1lb bag of wild mushrooms for about $25:

I like these
Not freeze dried, but keep really well and cost about 1/3 as much:
Apple Snitz. There are many producers.
