Or, if you want to retain the refillable aspect of a water bottle, a bail top glass bottle keeps the look and feel more renn-fest / fantasy.
i actually found something really similar! this is a set of 4, but we ended up with 5? anyway, i prep the ingredients in the glass and keep them in the freezer, then i dump them in a blender and pour the smoothie back into the glass!

Since wine glasses have been mentioned, I'd like to plug Spiegelau glassware. The "Vino Vino" or "Vino Grande" Bordeaux stems are both good, and they can be had for a very good price on Amazon. If she gets into light-bodied reds, you may want to consider also picking up Burgundy stems. Cheers!

See, I feel the same way except I prefer Bordeaux over Burgundy.
Spiegelau Vino Vino Bordeaux Glass
This will obviously come to to preference but I think Bordeaux is the most versatile and ubiquitous glass style around. Most people will be comfortable and familiar with it; it also shows most varietals (white and red) pretty well with the possible exception of heavily oaked chardonnay. The shape of the bowl is a little tighter and directs the aroma a little more intensely in my opinion.
I vote for Spiegelau over Riedel because they use slightly thicker, sturdier glass while still being thin and elegant enough at the right price. Spiegelau is actually owned by Riedel anyways.
It's pretty confusing because everyone uses different metrics. I prefer weight to weight, so here's my recipe if you prefer weight to weight!
I have one of these, only the lid is white. Here it is on amazon
I don't know why it is so expensive right now. I purchased one two months ago for 13.99. They also have some different designs that have blue lids, like this one.

There's a 17 oz. one as well for $1 or so more.
Thanks! We got the chopsticks on Amazon.

Found a few similar results, but not the exact same. They're called an "irregular drinking glass/cup".

I thrifted a set of three of those, too. One is now my water glass at work. [Anchor Hocking] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0777V9Y1H/) makes them and they definitely get around. Enjoy!
yeah, that's the right type of glass. I just can't find the specific style.

This is the best I've found so far, not perfect though.
I'm sure OP was just exaggerating for effect; I'm sure his mom will drink out of other cups, this is just her favorite type of cup.
I don't have a hangup about glasses but my favorite are These working glasses and have been my favorite for years.
They're thick, clean looking, hold a lot, are stable, and because the glass is thick they don't break often and they're a bit more insulated than other glasses.
Like these?

These drinking glasses with a silicone sleeve. We get them as a wedding gift and they are probably our favorite things in the house. Less breakable, easier to grip, and you can set them down anywhere without worrying about a sweat ring or coaster.

They're from Coca Cola, and while I've seen them at promotions I've also seen them for sale at retailers.

I bought these ones and all the lids have started to rust after I put them in the dishwasher and used them for my 2F. I have soaked them in distilled vinegar and cleaned them but they just rust again and give a very off putting taste. Trying to find other lids sold separately that fit the bottles.

I love these, they are cheap and really hard to break. Pretty much the standard glass you get at any bar.

Here's a link. It's restaurant supply stuff, they're pretty heavy duty. They're also acrylic, I think you'll be okay.

This isn't exactly it, but its definitely closer. Benir Diamond Cut.
Not a bartender, but I might be one of the only patrons who hates getting a large martini. I got to some places, and get an 8oz Martini which is warm by the time I drink half of it.
Make me a 4oz drink and charge me $7 instead of charging me $14 and giving me the 8oz abomination.
When I make them at home, I do a 2.25oz pour of gin, .75oz of vermouth, and strain into one of these 5.5oz coupes. I think it's the perfect size.

It really depends on the beer. For the really hopsy bitter type beers, I find that funnelling it through the neck of the bottle stirs up the carbonation a bit more to make it even more bitter (I really like bitter). Part of the enjoyment to me is that 'snap' you get from a good hard swig from the bottle.
But there are definitely some beers that are just better out of a glass, like most Sam Adams. I do have a set of those really nice Sam Adams Perfect Pint glasses that do amazingly with hops-heavy ales and lagers. Personally I find putting sharp bitter beer in a glass actually dulls it to some extent.
These cups will complete my set! :)
Happy pay day! Thanks for the contest! (:
Really, on a Monday? Of all days, I hope you've canceled tuesday. because that's just not going to happen ever. My 21st was a thursday, and I had the following friday off work as a birthday gift from my boss. so I spent the weekend getting drunk at disney. Anyway, these are cups, you drink from them. Happy almost birthday!
Spent way too much time looking for something that I wasn't even going to buy. Could not find what you are talking about. Did find that you coulda bought 3 six packs of SA BL and sent the proofs of purchase along with 3 bucks and got one, though not in CA. But that ended 10/31! but what I did find was This. It is 10 bucks plus shipping and handling, but judging by the reviews, it is legit.
TLDR; You should post a link to the actual deal like beertastic said!
Specifically a Geordie Schooner as per their marketing. Don't you have anything better to do?
