Yeah that's what I thought too. But this one has a pretty neat. It is an iPod nano like this

Probably good for running if you didn't want to take your phone it is really small.

Here's a kit that includes more than everything you need to do this and all other iPod repairs. It's $8.99 and includes the headphone jack/hold switch (it's a single connected piece), screwdrivers, spudger, guitar picks and microfiber cleaning cloth (for finger print removal I guess)

Now, isn't it worth $9 and waiting 2 days for this to ship to try fixing it yourself?

I use an old leather sleeve for my old iPod Touch (like this one). I can easily fit a few cards, receipts, and a little cash in there and it stays flat no matter what. Also, it has a tab that you can pull to slide the cards up and out of the sleeve. It's lasted me a few years.

I also have the SGII
I have this one:
armband

The bigger your arms the more uncomfortable this one can be, as the band tends to twist and slide up your bicep.

With that said, I would recommend one with a neoprene band
like this

I also have these, and love the hell out of them. I can't stand the wire on regular headphones as I tend to rip them out of my hears/phone constantly. They have held up to over a years worth of wear to the gym.

Above average sounding b.t. headphones

Something my mom used to do for us was Homemade Playdough and then would set us outside on the picnic table with a plastic table cloth down, and share some lesser used, sturdy kitchen utensils (rolling pin, wooden spoons, etc). It's awesome because it's totally safe to eat, provides a cool sensory toy to play with, each individual child can have their own color (or the younger ones can share), cheap, and if the colors mix together, who cares?

Another example similar to the homemade play dough is Homemade Sidewalk Paint. I haven't tried it myself, but it looks fun, and again seems safe if accidentally consumed.

Going to the zoo was always enjoyable for us, and we'd run to our favorite exhibits. And it keeps everyone entertained for a day. The park was also an adventure but both of these could get to be a bit much if you're the only adult there.

If your tables get covered in markers and the like, you can always clean it with shaving cream. Surprisingly, 2-3 year olds do really well with this even, because it's fun and sensory, but older kids will enjoy it too! (the 10 month old couldn't participate, but most of the kids could). Just get a can of shaving cream, spray it on the table, then let your kids "finger paint" with it. Cleans the table, relatively easy clean up (sponges and water) and is quite fun!

Hope you keep your sanity! Item

I cracked my ipod screen also this is what i got. I popped out the broken screen and popped this baby in and presto good as new. Also here's a link on how to take the ipod apart. Good Luck it's really easy.

I wasn't drinking, I was just up late and making wishful hopes.

As for why I was up to it: I like fixing things. From my old torn clothes to my car, from my computers to things around the house. I'm just a DIY guy I guess. I watched a bunch of videos on youtube and followed instructions, so I was baffled when I wouldn't work right. Guess I'm not as good as I thought.

Also, this is very saddening news for me. What I'm hearing you say is I'm pretty much stuck breaking this new screen and getting a new one and trying again. Here's where I got the screen.
