Hopefully someone else can answer (I haven't had Parmesan since going veg).
I found this online though which had decent reviews. Maybe it's good?
Cello Whisps... made from parmesan cheese. Delish and zero carbs. Perfect for when you want that salty crunch.
I dip mine into veggie cream cheese for an awesome snack. https://www.amazon.com/Cello-Whisps-Parmesan-Cheese-Crisps/dp/B010LWFX9O/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1484675216&sr=8-3&keywords=cello%2Bwhisps&th=1
depends on how much you love your sister...
enourmously
a lot! bien sur!
a bunch!, but she's kinda stinky
let's be realistic, she's just my sister...
hey her husband should be shelling out the big bucks not me...
meh, if it's round, it's a wheel, right?
Here you go.
It varies slightly from time to time, sometimes I saute some minced garlic and peppers to mix in, other times it's just uncooked minced garlic.
The basic recipe:
1TBSP butter (optional)
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
1-2 small red/yellow/orange peppers, chopped (optional)
3 cloves minced garlic
20oz ground turkey
1/2c breadcrumbs (I use 4C Salt-Free Seasoned Bread Crumbs )
1 egg
2.5tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tsp salt
1/2tsp each black pepper, onion powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, dried basil, garlic powder, cumin
1-2 dashes liquid smoke (optional)
~1/2c catsup, divided
1/4-1/3c Grated/shredded cheese (I use 4C Homestyle Parmesean-Romano which doesn't contain Cellulose powder)
-
If using peppers/onions, saute with minced garlic in butter until browned then set aside for 5 minute in bowl to cool.
If not cooking garlic, add straight to bowl.
Add 1/4c catsup and all other ingredients except cheese to bowl, hand-mix until combined. Overmixing will cause it to be too firm; done correctly, it will come out light and fluffy.
Press into 4x8" loaf pan, spread remaining catsup on top.
Bake at 350F until internal temp reaches 165F. In a regular oven this is ~45-55min; I do mine in a toaster oven which cuts cooking time in half. A remote thermometer is a godsend for me on this.
Remove from oven, spread cheese on top and cover with foil for 5 minutes.
Are you actually this retarded? Or do you not know what a bottle is?
Last time I posted a link to a product people bitched because ugh, marketing even though I had deleted the /ref= tag from the amazon url.
A simple "What kind did you use, brands can vary in consistency quite a bit?" probably would have been more constructive than "it's useless to people," but whatever.
Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder, 100% Whey Protein Isolate

A few of my favorites:
Honey
French's fried Onions. Great with veggies, on sandwiches, meat, pasta: https://www.amazon.com/Frenchs-Fried-Onions-Original-Ounce/dp/B00934Q7BU?th=1
Crumbled chips/crackers. These store for weeks and are great for adding flavor, crunch, and filler to foods. High in carbs - good for hiking/camping.
Freeze dried veg. Don't knock these til you try em. They're awesome: https://www.northbaytrading.com/freeze-dried-organic-peas
Savory spicy nut butter from Eliot's (or any nut butter for that matter): https://www.amazon.com/Eliots-Adult-Nut-Butters-Friendly/dp/B01APBSWJO/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1537740651&sr=1-4&keywords=eliots%2Bnut%2Bbutter&th=1

Breakfasts - Bulletproof coffee, and some coldbrew coffees with cream till lunch
Lunches - protein shake, with some Cello cheese crisps
Dinners - Hubby's in charge tonight and tomorrow, so probably bacon wrapped hotdogs or some scramble (bacon, broccoli cheese and scrambled eggs). I'll make Hamburger salads or some keto veggie succotash (zuchinni, broccoli, and cauliflower cooked with bacon) later in the week. I've also got some low carb Chicken Tikka Masala in the fridge, make some cauliflower rice with it, Yum!!
You can get an 80lb wheel for about $1000 USD from Amazon.
Artificial is not bad. Artificial is bad when it replaces natural nutrients your body needs.
Would you rather eat 8 ounces of protein or 8 oz of cardboard? Have a look at this can of grated Parmesan with no fillers. It lists cellulose powder as an ingredient while clearly saying there are no fillers. Now think about that when you eat 100% beef McDonalds hamburgers and feed your baby Gerber Applesauce made with 100% apples.
Did you happen to write a review of this cheese. There is also plenty of other good reviews
here's an 80 pound wheel of parmigiano reggiano for just over 3 grand. idk the size of the one in the post, but there's a benchmark at least.
TIL how much cheese that actually is
shits expensive yo
You'll kill 9 mice! (though I really hope you don't get that many more!)
