I drink these mostly. It has the caffeine and the sweetness to satisfy my mid day urges without the crazy amounts of sugar.

Warning: Its got aspartame if you are one of those aspartame hating hippies.

What the hell Canada figure it out!

Amazons got ya covered tho

yes malted milk powder is what you want.

you can make shakes, use it in baking (sweets) etc.

you should be able to find it in smaller quantities at the grocery store/target/walmarts.

https://www.amazon.com/Carnation-Malted-Milk-Original-13-Ounce/dp/B001EQ4HVC/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1J1BJHV8U245M&keywords=malted+milk+powder&qid=1571699427&sprefix=malted++mil%2Caps%2C202&sr=8-5

carnation makes a version that's available most places.

Powdered apple cider mix. Like this : https://www.amazon.com/Alpine-Spiced-Cider-Apple-Flavor/dp/B0016BS29S

But it's generally way cheaper than that.

I have a cup of coffee in the morning, and usually one in the afternoon. (exmormon) So I understand your pain. However, I supplement my caffeine levels with Crystal Light energy powders. Caffeine is ostensibly not against the word of wisdom. If you're set on quitting, don't do it cold turkey. These powders could help regulate your consumption or give it to you in less discrete bumps (they each contain maybe 1/3 the caffeine of a normal coffee.

Here are the powders: http://www.amazon.com/Crystal-Light-Energy-Strawberry-10-Count/dp/B001E52VJS

you can find them at any grocery store. Average cost is about $0.15-$0.30 per drink, which is way way better than any energy drink you can get (and on par with keurig cups, but obviously much more expensive than coffee or tea).

Caotina Swiss Hot Chocolate. It's the best, it's so creamy and chocolaty. I'll have another cup right now. It's quite expensive on Amazon. You'll find it in the food section at Karstadt, Kaufhof, KadeWe and probably at Galerie Lafayete for a more reasonable price.

Edit: Edeka sells it too.

u/magnitorepulse · 3 pointsr/kratom

Still you're not really comparing them properly, all of those leafs are mostly water.

What I'm talking about is blended, dried, powdered form of kratom with absolutely no water content. If you do the same with spinach or Kale you'll probably see the fiber content rapidly shoot up

Edit* here's a better comparison I could find:

https://www.amazon.com/KOYAH-Organic-Equivalent-Whole-Leaf-Freeze-Dried/dp/B078J5W4TS

Dried spinach powder. It's about 1g of fiber for every 2.7 grams of material.

Just checked a more recent packet I have in an accessory kit I’m saving for when it gets colder out, and it’s marked Jianas Brothers Packaging Co. Not sure if it was them back then, but closest you’ll get now so I’d give them a call and try to order some over the phone. Or just try some commercial mixes and see if they’re close.

Eh, most people don't make it themselves, just buy a bottle. I imagine it's heated to steep the spices. That's how I've done it when I mulled my own. IMO this is one of the best spiced ciders available

Unfiltered apple juice is also called apple cider, even without spices. Here is an example of a bottle of that, which I recently bought. The top is squashed because the store apparently dropped the bottle, so I got it half price. I will probably ferment this unless I get lazy and just add the mulling spices and serve it hot.

Then there's sparkling cider, which is literally bubbly apple juice. It's delicious, crisp and refreshing, and traditional at holidays in my family.

If someone offers you cider in the US and there is no other context, the most likely thing they are talking about is hot, seasoned apple juice, often made from an instant powder packet (example) (which are mostly available in stores in the fall), however with all the options you can't necessarily be sure what you'll be handed if you don't clarify.
What you can be sure of is it will be non-alcoholic. You'll always see "hard cider" in the US to refer to the cider you're thinking of.

Basically you are looking to balance carbs and protein.

Carbs are sugars, and grains. Fibrous carbs (check the nutrition label to see how many of the carbs are fiber) are better than simple carbs (think fruits, bread, rice, and other grains). Protein carbs (nuts, beans, legumes) are also better than simple ones.

I found the app, Carb Manager, to be a god send. You type in what you ate and how much and it tells you how many carbs/fiber and protein is there. Helps you get a good feel for what portion sizes you can have of things.

General rule of thumb for amounts seems to be:

Breakfast - no more than 30 carbs
Lunch - 45 to 60 carbs
Dinner - 45 to 60 carbs
With 2-3 snacks a day at no more than 15 carbs each

You will want to wait at least 2 hours between eating (for blood sugar testing). I found that spacing my meals out more like 5-6 hours with a snack at the 3-4 hour mark worked best for me.

It was also emphasized to me that I should be EATING my carbs not DRINKING them, so no juices or sodas. (That really helped with my water intake. 😋)

All of these need protein with them. My favorite snacks are Nature valley protein bar, Special K Protein Meal Bars, and Carnation Breakfast Essentials, in addition to nuts and cheeses.

What power? The only thing extraordinary about the AR-15 is its low price and being available at every gun store. .223 is an intermediate cartridge. More powerful than a handgun (as just about any long-gun will be) but far from being the most powerful Rifle caliber. For hunting large game .223 isn't considered powerful enough to humanely take the animal (or safely in some cases).

So you ban the AR-15. Okay then, what happens when the next mass-murderer decides to call in a bomb threat at a school laying in wait outside with a ghillie suit and a hunting rifle chambered in .300 WinMag?

People are too preoccupied with the tool when they should concern themselves with what makes a mass-murderer.

Black plastic and pistol grips do not make rifles any more deadly than they would be with wood furniture.

If you look on amazon, there are a few squashes you can have made with stevia ( 100% keto friendly ) very pricey though https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sweetleaf-Water-Drops-Raspberry-Lemonade/dp/B078YKXHCF/ref=sr_1_11_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1536432378&sr=8-11&keywords=carb+squash

Unless you have any of the symptoms (see the FAQ for these), you needn't worry. The best thing to do is buy a one liter water bottle - something like this and carry it with you wherever you go. I use water "enhancers" like these to keep things interesting. And when about once a week I take the whole thing apart and scrub it out with these brushes - especially the straw part - to keep everything sanitary.

Edit: Disclaimer - I'm not recommending you buy these specific products; I'm just showing what I bought. Anything similar to this works just fine. This is not an advertisement.

LOOL, don't do pills it's kinda bad for you. The one I use is:
https://www.amazon.com/Energy-Powdered-Drink-Black-Cherry/dp/B07N4GQZPL/ref=sr_1_13?keywords=caffeine+powder+cherry+120mg&qid=1569548710&s=gateway&sr=8-13

One stick before the test, One stick in the middle of the test (after the math section)
Prepare the two bottles before the test tho. Also, caffeine is a diuretic so you're prob going to have to pee a lot afterward. Stay hydrated!

Koolaid powdered flavor packets have no added sweetener:

Low electrolyte levels will make you feel like crap but too much won't hurt you (unless it's a crazy amount).

It sounds expensive though, here are the ones that I use and might save you some money:

Very interesting, thanks for sharing. I rarely make a loss on some things. Let me see...

Something was selling really well at $14.99. I sent in 20+, then many people undercut and the downward spiral happened. It's currently at $12.50. So I requested them back, wrapped them as a 2 pack and sent them back in. Overall I still made a profit, but it's a little smaller than I first expected.

I did lose on some coffee. Paid $7.79, received $7.38. It was taking too long to sell, so I lowered the price.

Paid $7, sold at $19.99 for a while until many more sellers came in (when once soap.com is selling a product, I stop selling it). It's currently selling for $11.55 with 9 sellers. So I lowered my price and stopped selling it. I made a profit on the first few and a loss on the last few.

Paid $4.69, was selling at $15 or $20 (can't remember). Bought 3. When I got home I realized the price I saw while scanning was for a 3 pack, not for singles. So bundled them up and received $12.45 and made a loss of about $2 plus shipping.

That's about all. When I do make a loss, it's just $1-$2, but when I make a profit it more than covers.

Heyooo- I'm brewing some hard cider (2 gallons) and it's about ready to be bottled. Instead of adding brown sugar to help with carbonation, I'd like to add the apple cider packets that contain sugar and spices. Each packet contains 20g of sugar (ingredients seem ok). Is this a terrible idea? If not, how many packets should I add so I don't bottle bomb?
