This. I didn't want someone to be like "/r/HailCorporate Hurr Durr, I'm so clever" so I didn't link it at first.

This is my routine for 14 meals/week (Lunch and Dinner), and it's not truly carnivore since I don't eat any read meat :|

  • I don't eat breakfast
  • I do 4 slices of thick cut bacon and 4 eggs/meal for 4 meals
  • 4 chicken burgers/meal for 4 meals (patty and cheese)
  • 1/2 lb of salmon and 4 eggs/meal for 3 meals
  • 1lb of chicken wings/meal for 3 meals

    *****I'll add a TBS of butter with each meal if I feel that meal might not be enough

    I usually drink diet soda or sparkling water with meals, although I like these more https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JB13AKG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I think the flimsy cheap version is what I use. 1.2oz empty.

I don't trust the seal at all, so I never ever store it with food or water INSIDE my pack, only on outside pockets (when full). It's near the top of my pack when empty.

Otger popular options: peanut butter jars. Talenti frozen yogurt jars. Ziplock twist and lock containers.

EDIT: This is the size I use. One of the pictures shows that the container is about 5 inches tall. It's cheaper at your local grocery store. Save the powder in a mason jar and use it for hiking/running!

For my after-dinner snack, I generally want something sweet (dessert! woo!), and I've been having fun making fast and easy "pudding" (for lack of a better word). I started off using only Greenmax Purple Yam & Black Soybean Powder, mixed with juuust enough water to turn it into a smooth, pudding-ish texture. It tastes like freakin' cake batter, but the numbers are very reasonable.

Greenmax is pretty awesome on its own, but as I've started needing more calories, I've been adding in various of the following -- again, adding only just enough liquid (water or soymilk) to turn it into a pudding, since I'm not going for a smoothie here:

  • Protein powder (chocolate or vanilla flavors go great with the Greenmax's cake batter flavor)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chia seeds
  • Blueberries (frozen work best, IMO -- mix 'em right in without thawing first and the result turns out like ice cream)
  • Tahini (lot of calories here; use wisely)
  • Coconut oil (only if MFP shows me I've got a lot of calories & fat left for the day)

    So yeah: In a soup or cereal bowl, add in any of the above that sound good, plus just enough liquid, and then stir, stir, stir... then eat! It's quick to make, delicious (to me, and to my SO who has quite the discerning sweet tooth), no heat required, and easy to customize to adjust the numbers in whichever direction you need.

I’m almost positive you guys have something similar. Go to your grocery or liquor store and look in the mixers section. Wherever you would find club soda. There should be some sort of flavored club soda or seltzer. Check the nutrition and ingredients. Should be nothing but water and natural flavor or essence. If not order something like this and make your own. You can just add it to pre made club soda.

ITS THIS, I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE IT, ITS ALMOST LIKE SUNNY D BUT EVEN BETTER BUT ITS ALSO SOMEHOW A MILK DRINK? JUST DONT QUESTION IT

Literally just saw this the yesterday, horchata mix which is basically a sweet/cinnamon flavor: http://www.amazon.com/KLASS-Horchata-Instant-Drink-14-1/dp/B0000GJ7D0

u/rajington · 2 pointsr/keto

If it's mainly the lemon flavor and not the sweetness, I could not recommend True Lemon enough: http://amzn.com/B004RZ63KK the process they use makes it pretty much a convenient lemon replacement powder.

u/NPPraxis · 2 pointsr/financialindependence

I'm doing low carb anyway so I'm trying to avoid sugar. So I haven't tried any actual syrup.

I mostly just do carbonated water, but my wife bought the Mango one of these at a store somewhere and I liked it a lot.

Also sometimes I put sugar free Mio in it.

Just FYI: https://www.amazon.com/Margaritaville-Singles-Water-Drink-Non-Alcoholic/dp/B00JB13AE2/ref=sr_1_10_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1517797913&sr=1-10&keywords=margarita&th=1

These are made to go in a bottle of water, but I bet they can be added to tequila. But, does tequila have carbs? I genuinely don't know.

This would probably be a good time to mention that I have a 96 pack of Ice Blue Raspberry Lemonade as seen here on amazon if anybody wants any.

Ice Blue Raspberry Lemonade is the closest to the original Berry Blue still in production as opposed to today's widely distributed darker clear blue flavor.

I only mention because it isn't distributed very widely in the US these days.

u/machotaco · 1 pointr/offbeat

Get to know Ovaltine...

u/bigwilly311 · 1 pointr/hockey

If all else fails

Edit: I always knew it as Ice Blue, but it appears they’ve dropped “ice.” Make sure it’s blue raspberry lemonade, not that blueberry horseshit. It’s a costly mistake.

u/Pelvis_Snapper · 1 pointr/Cooking

I like to do horchata oatmeal use milk instead of water.

I use this
if you can find it http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0000GJ7D0/ref=mp_s_a_1_2_a_it?qid=1463624027&sr=8-2&keywords=horchata&pi=SY200_QL40

Use about cup per pot of oats.

u/SkinnyisSexy · 1 pointr/proED

Nope, tasted like i put half a lemon in my big water. Its awesome.https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003YP3MUS?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_title

u/bazoo · 1 pointr/LifeProTips

That sounds like it may well sort out my issue, we do live in a hard water area. I'm in the UK, and we don't normally have lemonade powder here, but looking on Amazon there is an import that looks about right:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Country-time-Time-Lemonade-538g/dp/B0005YLLZY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1381222946&sr=8-3&keywords=lemonade+powder

Is that what I need?

> Use one of the following:
> 1. CLR (Calcium Lime Rust remover)
> 2. Vinegar
> 3. Lemonade powder (no sugar)
> Calcium buildup inside a dishwasher kills the pump's ability to spray full strength amounts of water and disables a good rinse on the top layer dishes. Remove the calcium by running an empty load with one of the listed ingredients. I normally run it with about 2 cups of CLR or Vinegar, but vinegar stinks. That choice depends on how frugal you are.

Hi, I'm late to the party on this thread so I hope someone gets a chance to read this. Cravings have always been a big problem for me so I do a lot of things. In general I try eat a near ketosis diet (/r/keto for more info) staying away from fast absorbing carbs in general keeps my appetite down. Next biggest thing I do is I buy bulk Psyllium fiber and gluccomannan and put them in a nice easy open container and spoon out a teaspoon with meals and a tablespoon with very low fiber meals (it's mixed in water and then you have to drink it really fast). This helps me from over eating. I also do lots of things like drink water when I'm hungry and leave raw whole walnuts and almonds in jars on my counter so I'm tempted to eat a few throughout the day. Another thing that helps with the cravings is baby carrots a little more expensive by I don't have to get a knife and cut carrots up which makes me eat more. I also throw a few carrots on the side of my plate with every meal. In general as well I try to eat tons of healthy fats through out the day. I like avocado, tuna, I'll have some coconut oil in my protein shakes as well. I've found if I skip meals I then over eat on the next meal which causes insulin spikes which set me up for a three day roller coaster of overeating so I don't skip meals! Hope this helps!

Edit: I also supplement with cod liver oil which I think seems to help!

u/ketokate-o · 1 pointr/keto

I haven't tried them myself, but these sugar free powdered margarita mix packets could be a good option for the future! Just order the water/lime juice/tequila and add the powder yourself.

Grain teas are good, more of a snack than a meal though.

Some of the most popular JP supermarkets to buy from are: Mitsuwa, Marukai, and Nijiya.

If you don't have those near you, try looking for a Chinese supermarket, like Ranch 99 or SF Supermarket.

If you truly must buy from Amazon, go for the concentrated stuff to dilute yourself: http://www.amazon.com/Calpico-Concentrated-Drink-15-9-Ounce-Pack/dp/B005LTIKUW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1453420717&sr=8-4&keywords=calpico

Cause otherwise, you're paying for shipping/weight for the individual serving cans/bottles. :(

Regardless of which recipe you use I recommend getting some True Lime (crystallized lime powder). https://www.amazon.com/True-Lime-Bulk-Pack-Count/dp/B004RZA6XA

u/mistral7 · 1 pointr/diabetes_t2

Your results may vary but I discovered a fresh lemon in an extra large glass of water could impact my blood sugar. I switched to True Lemon.

  • 0g Sugar;
  • 0 Calories;
  • <1g carbs;
  • No artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors; no preservatives;
  • no Gluten; Non-GMO
  • 1 packet = the taste of 1 Lemon wedge; 2 packets = 1 Tbsp lemon juice.

    The Lime ia equally Tasty! And, to be honest, this is a much more convenient and economical solution; plus adding it to most tap water eliminates ever drinking canned or bottled flavor chemicals.
