You'll need at least a few of the D-style, the purpose is to connect pieces of bodywork to one another in places where there is not a mounting spot on the bike itself (i.e., nowhere to put a bolt).
You can also drill holes in the factory bolt locations, and use normal bolts there. But that won't be enough on its own.

A 2014 TaoTao ATM 1. I saw a replacement floor panel on Amazon and I am waiting for an answer on whether or not it will fit. It looks very close if not the same as the original.

Enhanced LPT: You can buy complete washer, bolt, and nut kits in metric and standard. They come in things that resemble tackle boxes. Ultra Valuable!! I have like 20 of these around the house. You just dip into them all the time.

That's metric and motorcycle specific but they make all manner of these. I highly recommend one be purchased for your house (if you are in the US that would be standard sizes with 1/2" as some kind of midpoint. Bolts, screws, lugs, washers, nuts.
Nice, the track packs come with a bunch of different, correctly sized hardware that's handy to have around. The sealer isn't really OK, there isn't supposed to be any sealer used anywhere on that motor, especially not the head. Drain the coolant and pop the head off and see what it looks like under there. A top end job on that motor is pretty easy and cheap. Here is a top end kit that includes just the top end gaskets. It's under $150. The Cometic kit that megusta linked includes ALL the gaskets for the motor, which may or may not be necessary depending on if oyu need to do the bottom end as well.
I found something similar searching under dzus as another post here suggested. Although it doesn't look as nice it is $25 for 10 of them so there is definitely some savings.

My problem is I can only find the Polisport for Cr’s that are 2002-2007. Haven’t been able to find it for a 2008.
