Why not make your own? Get a stock rod of the correct size and temper, and thread each end.
Small to none. You would have better luck at a local machine gun. Harbor Freight might have one, since they import everything from China, but a for warning they suck. They are cheap on Amazon and Ebay.

Edit: the .f3d file is a fusion360 file. Also I recommend that the part be printed sideways so its "laying down" This way the screw threads are perpendicular to the print layers and wont shear.
I have it fitting a 14.5 mm head diameter (~0.55 in, metric is just easier to work with with small things). Tho feel free to ask for adjustments to have it fit a flashlight you have.

I used these to finish up the screw threads. Theyre not necessary and you can make it work with screwing in the appropriate screws/holes but they interface much smoother.

You can always modify it

That's for 510 atomizer connections to the battery.
Here it is on Amazon. Try searching "thread die" for other shops. CCW are also referred to as "left hand" threads
You could thread it yourself easily, Amazon sells -14mm dies

Do you have the pipe?
And if [this] (https://www.reddit.com/r/AskNYC/comments/41b4mm/need_to_thread_a_35mm_pipe_m35_x_15/) isn't you, maybe you should PM them and ask what they did.
You can get an M35x1 metric die on amazon for $48
But if you need pipe threads that may be an issue. Did you purchase a 35mm pipe or is this something that was installed or laying around. Unless you specifically bought a 35mm pipe I find it hard to believe this isn’t some standard size. OD on a 1” pipe is 1.315”; 35mm is 1.378”
If it’s a 1” pipe lots of places will be able to thread it. They have the machines at Home Depot but idk if they will do it on any pipe you bring in.
