We are (M60) and (F64) I have RA and while she's never been tested, I bet she does too but certainly milder than I. She also has blockages in the arteries in her legs that make holding her legs in one position for an extended time painful. One of the best sex toys/pieces of furniture we've bought is an inexpensive massage table It took a lot of load off my knees during our massage foreplay and helped her relax more too. For our sex, it's been the best money I ever spent.
We've tried an incline pillow and it really didn't do a lot for us. Absolutely one of the worst investments we ever made is a king size bed with one of those memory foam pillow tops on it. Sleeps great for me, terrible for her but offers zero support if you are one your knees, it's like being in a mudhole. Forget massage and other out of the ordinary sex on that thing, it was actually the prime motivator for the massage table. For giving her oral these days, I much prefer to have her scoot to the edge of the bed and I get on my knees on the floor. The floor is actually easier on my knees (we have carpet in the bedrooms) and her ass doesn't sink to some unreachable spot in the pillow top. For BJ she lays on her side at the edge of the bed and props up with our wedge pillow while I stand.
We've found for PIV that spooning is about the most comfortable position for both of us. Doggie is OK, but again, the knee thing becomes an issue. Missionary is OK, but my wrists give up real quick. I can only do the modified missionary where a guys lower leg is folded under him and raises her ass on his thighs for a short time as well. If I didn't have to walk after it would be great.
Sex as we age is a challenge for sure. Between health problems that interfere with arousal, erection and orgasm (for us both) to health problems that make the act itself more difficult, we have both found ourselves looking at each other saying, "We should have done a lot more fucking when we were 30"
I use this face cradle https://www.massagewarehouse.com/products/mhp-ergonomic-dream-deluxe-face-cradle/ with this face cushion https://www.amazon.com/Mt-Massage-Tables-Leaftalk-Universal/dp/B00Q5L1EZ8. I have a client who hates face cradles and he says it's as good as it gets.
Another strategy for dealing with congestion is to start the client supine, it seems to reduce congestion later. Also, if it's a 90 minute massage sometimes I will have them flip over after doing their back, do their supine massage and them have them flip back over to finish their legs in prone. It gives their face a second to rest and they don't seem to mind flipping twice.
My hair is very similar, and so is my niece’s hair (we are all mixed race). Here are some tips:
(1) the most important rn imo is to get them satin pillowcases—it will reduce friction at night hence reducing frizz
(2) depending on how long their hair is, and the porosity, you may want to do 2 or 3 strand twists at night, otherwise put it in the pineapple with a loose satin scuncii
(3) moisture, moisture, moisture—get a good conditioner and moisturizer to use in their wet hair
(4) avoid a lot of rubber bands and scunciis as these can be damaging to the hair and be difficult to remove
(5) never brush or style the hair dry. If you’re trying to slick it back for pigtails or pony tails, or refresh the curls, invest in a good spray bottle (this one is nice ), but try to avoid having to wet it every day
(6) you might want to try the book Curly Like Me by Teri LaFlesh. It’s a great resource for how to shop for ingredients, routines, and styles even for young kids.
Godspeed

BVLGARI Aqva Atlantiqve Eau de Toilette Spray, 3.3 Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06W2J9JP7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jjnnDbTAY2XAX
Amazon has the Bvgari for $52.89 if that's a price point you're okay with. I've gotten a lot of my fragrances from amazon before and as long as the seller says " Sold by Amazon " you can be sure they're authentic.

Stronglite Ergo Pro, it’s a little bit pricey but it is so worth it. One of the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever tried, every single client I’ve had on it has commented on how comfy it is. It is super adjustable to accommodate any type of body. Very sturdy and reliable and surprisingly light, I’ve carried it up stairs and walked with it (it also has wheels). I highly recommend it, I love mine and it has more than paid for itself.
I buy them on Amazon. I've tried Spectra electrode gel and Wavelength MP ultrasound gel. They are great and cheap.
It is the face-hole for a massage table, without the pad.

I use a tall saddle stool for longer play sessions.
i'm from Australia and here are some tips from everything i've learned fleshlighting everyday
other suggestions:the bathmate hydromax is only like $30 AUD and gives you hugely insane erections, the kind of erections where you pre cum starts to ooze like a tap, your veins stick out and you're highly sensitive, the best time to use this is with a fleshlight 2.5 hours after your last orgasm. This way you can ride a sleeve for a long long time and ascend mentally.
a cheap power timer from bunnings combined with the $48 warmer means you can set the warmer to turn on a certain time of the day with the fleshlight mounted on it, like the morning for example, its not exactly power hungry so you can have it warming for 2-3 hours before you wake up in the morning, pressing morning wood into a warm sleeve is a decent value for probably $60-70 for the setup
lastly, oculusGO is a cheap VR unit you can get from amazon for flat $300 AUD with free delivery, it is well worth it as you can download 4k 3D content to your pc hard drives and stream to the oculusGO via wifi through your modem router with a free dnla app like Skybox. The immersion from this is fantastic and severely underrated. Personally i would argue that a VR unit is life changing. the GO has no wires of any kind meaning you can also use it to watch netflix on planes/camping. Both combined are fantastic as while you're wearing the GO unit, you're placed inside the porn and can't see your fleshlight or surroundings, only feel them.
The final step of all this is the fleshlight launch and using community driven software and premium syncs from syncarmy.com although the barrier with this is that the launch unit is about as loud as a cannon printer so its hard to conceal and is $380
once you have a routine, its truly a life changer, your mental health will improve.
its worth saving for a fleshlight girl unit and spending extra on lube and the warmer is great value, otherwise you're stuck with water prep each time.
I read about something called SHR (super hair removal) that, if what they say is true, holds a lot of promise. There are no inexpensive home SHR devices I know of yet. It's hard to find a neutral, detached article about the approach. It involves using a series of gentle light pulses to gradually heat up hair to the temperature when the chemistry of life stops working. This prevents heat damage to surrounding tissue. There are rave reviews that lack details. I imagine if it was great, it would have steamrolled other hair removal techniques out of the market in a few months since it permanently works on more skin tones and hair colors than laser or IPL. Maybe it hasn't been submitted for FDA approval. Maybe established business interests are holding it back. Maybe it's a scam that's too good to be true. I haven't found any links denouncing it though.
I've been aggressively using a home IPL machine for 8 weeks. It is helping with epilated body hair and making steady progress with shaved facial hair. I found that cooling the shaved skin before flashing it with powerful light pulses was the key to getting results on dense chin and mustache growth. Pain went down to zero with pre-cooling. It was alarmingly hot without it. To speed things up and stop condensation, I ordered a cheap skin cooler (Amazon link) to experiment with. Maybe close shaving, cooling (I use a small freezer pack meant for igloo coolers now), and IPL would have effects on the strong body hair you describe.
The conventional wisdom about IPL is that it is a waste of money that doesn't work. The best it can achieve is some hair reduction, not full removal. In my experience it works well but slowly. I have to overlap the flashes, immediately exfoliate between shaving and IPLing, and do treatments every 3 days. It's nice to see spots of pink, clear skin open up and expand. I have recently started doing daily beard IPL. Only 2.5% of the 350,000 flashes have been used so far.
One epilator tip said to pinch the skin and run the tweezers along the crest of the hill. That should work better than epilating relaxed skin. Stretching skin helps prevent the shocking and alarming hair grabbing feeling. Thankfully hair gets easier to pull every time.
I wish I had simple answers. I've had to go outside the rules and recommendations to deal with light, straight body hair. I would just clipper it down if the tips didn't get so bluntly cut and rough feeling. The wonderful, feminizing rewards of smooth skin have been worth the extra time epilation takes. My sense is more hard work of independent experimentation lies ahead for all males interested in large scale home hair removal. It is a violent thing to do. Hopefully the weak point in "the enemy" will be found some day. Electrolysis is apparently the gold standard, but it's way out of economic reach for most people.
The most mysterious part to me is that, whatever it is for, there appears to be no way to drain the crevice...
Edit: might not be important, but out of 13 other sinks in other salons in the same building, this is the only sink that has this crevice...
Here is a similar-looking chair+sink on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Ainfox-Shampoo-Barber-Backwash-Plastic/dp/B071GNM2DP/ref=asc_df_B071GNM2DP/
always have the cushy mat to stand on!

I got this one 5 years ago @ $119. Has held up well. Heaviest client 250lbs. As an additional test, I stood at the head, client at the tail and we both jumped up and down for a good 20 seconds for a dynamic weight of about 300lbs, no issues. The only thing to be careful of is clients putting their hands into the table's hole when flipping over. This usually won't be an issue if u have an extra sheet/table warmer on it, but they can easily destroy the platform holding the pillow if directly pressuring it, giving it a permanent hole. They've updated the design a little bit so I can't fully vouch for the quality today. The included half bolster is great for tiny people, but on the softer/flatter side. You'll probably want to get a full round one for supine work/bigger clients. Keep in mind this model is 77" long 30 " Wide 3" thick. Most standard tables are ~73/28/2 so you can save another 20 bucks if you don't need the extra size/weight.
The headrest/pilow is a piece of crap so I paired it up with this (I know, it's the price of the table lol)
https://www.amazon.com/EARTHLITE-Massage-Table-Cradle-CARESS/dp/B01LN2KAM6/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=head+cradle+strata&qid=1566106904&s=gateway&sr=8-2
There's also a flexrest model so if you can find that for cheaper go for it. The caress version is just a gimmick that I was curious about. The strata pillow is the important part.
So you'll spend about 250 or less
I think most massage tables today will hold up fine, it's the face cradle/pillow that can make or break a session imo so I didn't skimp on that. Good luck!
I have one like this. Works remarkably well.
On my worst days I use this. I hope you find some relief. Try every thing.
