You play in teams of 2 or 3, and they likely aren't full shots.

I’m pretty sure they were less expensive when I bought them, but here they are!

This works best for me too. I used to use paper dixie-cups - but just got these they are perfect.

I inherited my dry, peeling, thin-as-paper nails from my mother and I live in a very arid climate which doesn't help.

I've gone through hundreds of nail products over the past decade or so and the only thing that works is Nailtiques Formula 2 Plus in conjunction with a lot of moisturization (hand cream, cuticle oil, and all the water you can drink). When I get lazy and stop using nailtiques and moisturizing my nails go right back to peeling at the quick and refusing any growth.

Some other tips:

  • Get a cheap angle brush for cleanup (like what you'd use for eyebrows or eyeliner - I picked up one from my local arts & crafts store in the paint section). After painting my nails I pour a small amount of acetone into a tiny ceramic or glass pot, grab my angle brush and a paper towel, and get to work cleaning up the edges. This is especially helpful on my dominant hand because that one can get a bit messy!
  • Use a hand cream with AHAs at night to help exfoliate your cuticles.

  • When needed, a gel cuticle remover in conjunction with an orangewood stick is a very effective way to push back your cuticles and get rid of extra skin around the nail, pre-manicure. After you've pushed back the cuticle skin, rinse it off and use cuticle nippers to cut off any hanging or dead skin (don't cut your cuticles off!).

  • A crystal or glass nail file is great to keep around, especially for nails like ours! They're more gentle on the nail and they last forever which mitigates the price in my opinion.

  • Always try to file in one direction, not back-and-forth. This helps prevent more fraying, peeling, cracking, and other general damage. I've found it also helps with tip chipping.

  • Clean your nails well before starting any coats of treatment or polish. I use OPI's Chip Skip, but swiping an acetone-soaked cotton ball over each nail should work well too. The idea is to get rid of any oils or other unwanted particles that get trapped under the nail polish and eventually lead to chips and bubbling.

  • When painting the nail, bring the polish over the edge of the nail (and a bit underneath if possible). Do the same with the topcoat. This should also help with chipping.

  • Seche Vite top coat gets recommended frequently - I used it for quite a few years until I realized it was the reason my nail polish was peeling off and shrinking off my tips. It dries very quickly but it has the tendency to pull the polish underneath right off the nail. I've had full nails of polish peel off with that stuff. For a quick drying top coat that works like a charm - and is way cheaper - try ProFX's Quick Dry High Gloss Top Coat - just FYI the only place I've been able to find it in-store is Walmart.

    Good luck!

They do shot chess sets

Edit: Just thought I'd point out that this version is good because if you are the better player, you end up drinking more which evens things out a little.

My beef tartare is still on the menu for you any day of the week. 😉😘

I got my love of vodka and cranberry in college from an Irish Pub that had $1 Snorkel Shooters on Thursday nights. I now prefer a drink over the shot.

Nah, I don't think most people will really care what they're taking a shot out of.

If you're really worried about it, here's a set of 12 for about $15.

If you don't want that many, I'm sure you can get a single one at Walmart or a dollar store.

Here are some of my basic DIY juice tips:

  • All liquid containing nicotine needs to be stored securely. It is the one poison in your house that doesn't smell or taste bad; in fact some of it smells downright tempting. The risks are thus high to a pet or child. Don't screw this up!

  • Measuring cups are great for the larger quantities such as diluting down your nicotine base.

  • Some flavorings (e.g. Absinthe) can react with plastic so your steeping should be done in glass. I prefer small amber glass bottles, but I then tap off very small quantities into needle capped bottles for filling convenience.

  • The markings on small plastic syringes (e.g. 1ml syringe) wear off quickly. So just get a serrated knife and score at the 0.1ml, 0.2ml, 0.3ml, 0.5ml, and 1.0ml mark.

  • You NEED to make notes. Nothing fancy, a plain text document will do. Some flavorings are added at 1% but some at 10%+ and you need to note down which.

  • Never, ever make more than 30ml of a particular flavor at a time. You'll always regret it.

  • Some flavors are really designed to be added in small quantities to change/enhance others. For example Creme De Menthe or Dulce De Leche. On their own they're "meh" but when used with other flavors they're game-changers.

  • Some of the FlavourArt flavorings are fantastic value for money as they only need to be added at 1%. I'm thinking in particular of their Virginia and Ultimate Maxboro. Use http://www.flavourartexpress.biz/index.php?dispatch=categories.view&category_id=3 to identify their reccomended ratios.

I personally love mixing my own ejuice and the 400%+ cash savings are just icing on the cake.

I display mine in a shot glass display case. On rare days that I do take them down to a shop for a game, I use a Battle Foam bag.

This PR class is nuts.

Honestly my favorite class was probably anatomy and physiology. I loved learning about the body and seeing all the body parts. Gore makes me happy.

shot glasses would rock!

I believe my wife picked it up at Michael's or JoAnn's or some other arts and craft store.

Searching for something along the lines of "Shadow box with shelves" on amazon should put you on the right path towards finding one.

This is a shot glass display case on amazon that might do the trick too:

When you wish upon a star

My favorite Disney/Pixar movie is probably Up. It never fails to make me smile and cry. The funny moments really make me smile/laugh, and the sad moments make me cry my eyes out, and I like how it has that balance. But even without that reason, I feel like Dug the dog is enough reason to make it one of my favorite Disney movies.

My favorite Disney song is Colors of the Wind. It just sounds really soothing to me. I used to have a really close friend who always sung it, but we drifted apart due to some circumstances, and whenever I hear the song, I'm reminded of her.

You got some dc magnets or some justice league glass cups so then every time she goes to get a snack or drink boom awesome heroes in her face ♥️

u/swroasting · 1 pointr/Coffee

I like the double-wall shot glass style cup for ristretto shots, but prefer the Ozeri Moderna over the Bodum Pavina because the Ozeri are completely enclosed glass and don't have Bodum's silicone 'seal' on the bottom. They're also less expensive and feel sturdier. Ozeri makes several different larger volume glasses for your filter coffees or milked espresso drinks as well.

I've been eying this skull glass for quite a while, but feel too guilty to buy it for myself (tight budget). Pretty cool, huh?

How easy was that?

I'm a big fan of the Bodum double wall glass. It keeps the beer cooler than regular glasses.

Amazon of course :)

That is a set of shot glasses. Mine was labeled to be used for vodka specifically, but I don't know why. The big container is an ice bucket. Here is a similar set

u/Saermegil · 1 pointr/Coffee

Get them some very nice coffee cups, depending on what kind of coffee they drink ,something like this , these are affordable enough to get them a couple of different sets maybe.

You should get:

1.Black Flats -> You can match them up with literally EVERYTHING, and you'll wear them more than once.

2.Necklace -> These are SUPER matchable (if that's even a word.) They can make any plain old shirt pop and give it an extra fashionable kick. I'd go with orange and/or White

3.Scarf -->Fall is coming and then Winter, this is SUCH a good acessory to make you warmer and look better, you can wear it around your neck or as a headband It's a cream color so It's super easy to wear with anything; you could even wear your flats ;)

4.Food Chopper -->Think of how easy it would be to make some salsa or guacamole with this! (Now my mouth's watering)

5.Tie Hanger--> You can so use it to hang headbands and belts and scarfs, not just ties! Mess be gone!

6.Shot Glasses--> These ensure a fun night, and who doesn't need shot glasses? There's never enough!

7.Too Faced Matte Collection--> I know for myself I always think, oh I don't want to pay that much for makeup but you know what? It's worth it. Too Faced is such a good brand and the combinations are endless, they're very well pigmented and work so good.

Total: $99.44

I have an extra tip for you! Don't buy elf products from here, they're 50% more expensive and if you buy them on their webpage and spend 25 or more, you get free shipping and they ALWAYS have special offers.

Go Ben!

I'm considering a smaller wall-mounted display cabinet, like this:

Amazon - Shot glass display case

u/yoyoguy2 · 1 pointr/cocktails

i've run mine through the diswasher a hundred times, it even says dishwasher safe on their amazon page:

https://www.amazon.com/Bodum-Canteen-Double-Wall-Cooler-Glasses/dp/B000A5CLFC/ref=sr_1_7?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1480560223&sr=1-7&keywords=bodum+glass

they do feel more delicate than a regular cocktail glass but they're probably at least as sturdy as your average wine glass.

u/MuddyWaterTeamster · 1 pointr/guns

I have this. Also love it. Might I also recommend some 12 ga. shot glasses. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001UDIBIY/ref=mw_dp_buyxgety_y
