Get a trimmer to trim facial hair, really helps in occasions and also you decide the look you want (Philips one would do), if you are a shaver then get a Mach 3, get a good after shave. Spray dio on your body, and perfume on your wrists, behind-below the ears and below the arms on shirt, do not over spray either of those things. Get your blackheads removed from your local Barber shop.

You should wear a broad spectrum sunscreen everyday. This is true in winter. This is true if you do not run outside. This is true for everyone, everyday.

Sunscreens with a PPD over 16.
The highest the PPD, the better. These are mostly European sunscreen that you can order online. The US don’t divulge their PPD rating unfortunately, so the only thing you can rely on is how high the % of the filters. I recommend Zinc Oxide of at least 15%, even better if it is over 20%.

There are many more out there just keep in mind that a pure Zinc Oxide will have a white cast but the ones I mentioned above are not that bad with some rubbing onto the skin.
Try La Shield.
It's slightly more expensive than usual ones in the market, but it was dermatologist-recommended, isn't greasy at all, and a tiny dollop is enough to smear all over your face, so it ends up lasting longer. I used to use Lotus matte finish SPF 40 before, which is pretty decent and cost less than this, but after using this, I've not gone back to it.
Your skin type would depend on multiple factors, some modifiable, others not so much. If you're genetically disadvantaged, there isn't much you can do. Still, to get the best you can, you should definitely:

Headhunter is great but I found I still got red around my eyes, which is where your skin is the thinnest apparently.

Seconding everything here, and offering a cheaper sunscreen alternative - Mango Mild Sunscreen. It's my favorite of all the one's I've tried.
I found that if the normal Clear BHA isn't working as well as you want it to, get the Extra Strength formula. When phasing out the normal Clear formula, I like to use the normal formula for day, and the Extra Strength at night.
I get bad reactions to benzoyl peroxide, which irritates my skin to no end and leaves it red and rashy, even when washed off. I found clindamycin to be a gentle anti-bac alternative. I get mine in my Curology rx mix, and you can get tretinoin in it too.

Hey, I’m a guy with “good skin”. What honestly surprised me was the quality of my skin after using sunscreen regularly — I didn’t realize how much sun affected things. I know you say you have normal skin, but some of the below should hopefully help getting started on a basic routine that’ll become evident in the quality of your complexion.

Wash the face morning and night. It’s helpful to use a little bit of moisturizer since sunscreens are kind of hit and miss in this regard, so I’d suggest Cerave cream in the white tub to apply to your damp face as needed.

Afterwards, ideally, slather on a bit of sunscreen on your face, neck, ears, and other sun exposed places. My personal favorite currently is the Jack Black sun guard since it’s not greasy and I use it on my arms and hands too, Otherwise, pick up Cerave’s AM moisturizer. If your face is shiny after some of thing I’d suggest picking up something like Magical Moringa from Lush that’s mattefying. A shine control powder to dab lightly on can work good too — doesn’t look like you have anything on while still taking care of your skin.

That’s basically my suggestions at least. At night just use moisturizer and the mask after washing.
As far as the back acne, in the shower let some salicylic acid sit on the area for a minute or two and rinse it off. I use Zapzyt. The other thing I would recommend after the shower is to apply some Differin to the affected area — Differin used to be what a dermatologist prescribed me years ago and it now available over the counter fortunately. Should be cleared up in no time.

I should use it more often, but generally speaking I've only used it for ultramarathon races. The consequences when your race lasts 5+ hours can be bad.
I use neutrogena cooldry sport sunscreen spray. It's SPF 70 (so crazy more than enough), it's easy to apply, and it supposedly "Creates a breathable barrier that allows sweat to pass through".
I used it for a 50k that took me 4:45 with a lot of sun in semi-desert conditions in July. I applied it maybe 15 minutes before the race started and missed one spot on my back, and after the race you could really see the difference. I had one spot of definite sun burn and the rest of me was like I hadn't even been in the sun. I was kinda surprised it worked so long with so much sweating, because I did not follow its reapplication rules.

If I am really going to be out in the sun, I use a physical sunscreen. This is my favorite. It has titanium and zinc oxide, and it's not to heavy/greasy/white. A little goes a long way, and it blends well into the skin.
And don't forget your hands! In the car especially your hands are vulnerable. Windshields block UVA but not UVB, which are the aging rays. (UVA cause burns)

This Nivea sunscreen is really lovely, one of the most cosmetically elegant sunscreens I've tried. The great thing about this sunscreen is that you can purchase a refill for only about $10
They require sealed sunscreen??? That's shitty. I'm a sunscreen junky and it is incredibly rare to find sealed versions. If Hard has lockers, that's the best way to not have to have a brand new sunscreen for each day.
Sunscreen pouches are kind of expensive for what you get and I've only seen them in spf 30. There are many other brands though.

This has been my face sunscreen this summer and comes in sealed packaging. It rubs in easily and has a light feel.
Asian sunscreens often are in sealed packaging and I highly recommend the Biore Water Essence and Biore Water Gel.
Spray sunscreens rarely come sealed unless you buy in 2-packs. Even then the actual dispenser portion usually isn't sealed. I just bought this and it came in an Amazon plastic bag so that might count and at least it's cheap.

I like to go in with little or nothing. Unless there's a high chance of rain that day, a rain coat probably isn't going to be worth carrying around. You can get free cups of water from any vendor that has cups, and water is heavy, so you might be better off leaving the Nalgene bottle too. In my experience, I walk at least five or six miles in a day at the parks on the low end, and that kind of thing gets really heavy really fast.
Sunglasses and sunscreen are necessities, though. I recommend sunscreen wipes, like these ones. You can put a few in your pocket and reapply throughout the day. If you get those and can put your sunglasses in a pocket, you can go in without a bag at all. I go to the parks a lot, and I used to carry a bag full of stuff every time, but over the years it's shrunk to the point where I never take one into the parks.

Also, I did some quick googling on your search results and saw some articles saying to avoid "nano Zinc oxide" sunscreens. Do you have any idea how big "nano sized" is - because some sunscreens are actually listing the sizes 200 NM and I have no idea if that's the potentially bad size.
I went to Cuba for a week in June and the entire time I was there I used Blue Lizard Baby sunscreen (or sensitive, both are the same). My skin was literally purple because I had so much on BUT it definitely worked better than any other. Not one sign of a reaction. However on the last day I was there I got lazy and didn't apply before I went swimming and got the worst reaction I've ever had all over my body. Blue Lizard is a physical sunscreen so I think that's why it worked so well, but the tint was a problem for me and it was slightly greasy. I highly recommend it if you don't have a problem with the white cast.

I am fair skinned and outside most of the day in the summer and it works so well. A lot of American sunscreens, even oil free ones, tend to sting or make my face sweat more and then feel like this hot greasy layer on my skin. This stuff you absolutely cannot tell you're wearing it.

Hm, I use the Neutrogena Dry Cool Sport Spray, which has been really nice for the summer since it's water/sweat-resistant. But tbh, I only picked this one because there was a good deal for it at Costco!!

My hair is thick but I have a tendency to get sunburned in that spot. And lately the skin on my face has started showing sun damage, which caused me to get more serious about sun protection.
I use Colorescience for my hair part, although when I bought it in the spring the price was much lower. It's powder sunscreen in a brush, and translucent. I got "fair" and it doesn't show up on my dark blond/reddish hair. I love it, especially the convenience of carrying it with me and touching up my face/head/ears, but I wouldn't pay the current price of $50. Yowza.
There's an ELF powder sunscreen that might work for this. A fraction of the cost ($6) and much more product than the Colorescience stuff. I haven't tried it yet but it's on my list. Some people say it's a little dark for people with very light skin, some pale folks say it's fine.
That particular product gives me hell when layering other stuff over it (I wanted to use it as a day treatment) because it's so sticky, and was causing all my stuff to pill over it as well. I'd be sure to wash your face in the morning with a water-based cleanser so that it's completely removed. For a silicone- and avobenzone-free sunscreen, you're best off looking at organic/natural physical sunscreens- the only ones I could find in a quick search were this one, which looks like it's out of stock, and this one, although I have zero experience with either product, so I can't give you a personal review.
