Here ya go bud. I don’t have any complaints about them. Especially on the front ones. They definitely do what they are designed to do.
I think it all depends on what your goal for the vehicle is? Do you plan on tracking it? or just to make it a bit faster around town? Do you want it to look a little modified or stock?
Anyways, I'll link a bunch of stuff I personally prefer and in the order I would install them...

Step 4: (all maybes)
Not sure specifically with the Sparco Universals, but I can say I purchased the Rally Armor UR's and it wasn't a "heavy" amount of modification. The WRX has pre-drilled holes to support the addition of mudflaps, so the install just involves basically installing a spacer and some screws. Could you provide a link to the ones you're specifically looking at?
Edit: Are you looking at ones like these? If so, I think the only think you'd need to do is align the mudflap and drill some holes into the mudflap itself. I'm not sure if these come predrilled, as it looks like in the image that they are just a solid piece. That could end up being a little tricky in regards to aligning it, as I had to go back and forth aligning mine on the Rally Armor UR's and those were pre-drilled and sized specifically for the WRX.
Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Splash-Stop-Protective-Brush-sections/dp/B009MPC7IC
Keeps mud/water/rocks from flying off the wheels and onto other cars.
for the rally armor i just picked up basics with the black logo for $50 bucks on amazon,http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AQLV1ME/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Haha that's exactly why I liked the shorter antenna, because I felt like I was driving an RC car! They look good either way, it's just a super minor cosmetic preference. I also put these on mine, they are very minor, not flashy at all, but they do look really good on.

Lips were made by ikon motorsports, but they stopped making the front lip that I ordered. My front lip is the STI style front lip, very similar to the OEM one, but I only paid $95 back in April. Rear lips/valances I bought last week, here is the link:

It's these. I've had them for like 5ish months now and no problems so far.
Here's a direct link. SUPER high quality, comes with mounting hardware and instructions. Installation was roughly 45 min with 2 people
I used some universal mud flaps. All in it was pretty cheap but I had to source my own hardware and install them myself.
Red Hound Flaps (for F150s w/Fender Flares (as 302A provides I think)).

Nope, just a universal pair from amazon. Much cheaper than any subaru specific brands out there.
I put these on because I like the mountains. On mobile so can't inline link easily:

Just get there locking nuts from your local hardware store(I found them in Canadian Tire). Clip them to bumper. Drill a hole and use a screw to mount.
the mud flaps I used are these: basically simple piece of rubber: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0002MA8UI I got them when they were $10
