Not related to your saw purchase, but if you have out of square walls, you might want to cope your joints rather than just 45º cut them. Read this article. it will take a little bit more time to hand cut all of the moldings, but the results will be worth it if you care what they look like.
You will need to buy a coping saw, but they are only around 15 bucks or so. If you're into power tools, you can look at this also.
