15ft is pretty long, I don't see any with really good reviews. There is a cable matters one on Amazon that has decent reviews, but that's pretty much it.

Anything over 10ft is really too long for a passive USB cable, you will probably need an active one and I don't think anyone makes active micro-usb cables.

Your best option is probably something like this combined with a 10ft cable.

Edit: Also definitely don't go with a cheap Chinese cable from Ebay. Something like this is pushing the limits of USB and needs to be made of high quality components.

I never used to use one, but I started trying Tempered Glass protectors. Love that they feel just like the glass and will protect the phone screen from scratches.

I tried 3 different ones on my G3, and This Spigen has been the best. Fits best, only has a cutout for the speaker, and has the same Oleophobic coating as the screen. Pricey, but if you wanna protect your screen and have it feel the same as if it didn't have a protector, I think it's a solid buy.

I bought a 6000 mah battery from amazon. And I have to say it's awesome. Twice the juice.

I can go 2 days without charging. Did a little experiment. Started the day at 100%. At the end of the day, I was at around 76%.

Was home all day, so phone didn't get heavy use, but still I think 76% is impressive, way better than the stock battery.

Then, I went to rainymood.com and played the rain sound all night long. From 12:30am ish till 8 am. Battery in the morning was at 50%. Not bad again.

I'm pretty impressed with the battery, only thing is it's bulkier and you have to use a thicker cover ( came with battery). Usually, I play music all day long. When I'm at work and commuting. I think it drops to around 50% at the end of the day on heavy use.

Sorry for the formatting, on mobile. Don't know how to format correctly and also the dim screenshots, was using CF lumen.

Also, obviously it takes longer to charge.

Anker's really popular, but these work super well too.

I have a 64GB Sandisk Ultra that works great. I used it in my old phone (Droid Razr Maxx) and then my G3 when I got it on release last July. So it's been working great for the last year or so.

Should be able to get it for around $30-$40.

I really can't wait until the 128GBs come down to this price point in a year or two though - 64GB is enough for most things but load it up with a few movies, some music and a few nandroids and you've pretty much filed it up.

In addition to the above, not all wireless chargers are created equal. Cheap ones may not work with all phones or may require very precise positioning of the phone (which kills the convenience factor compared to wire). The one that is really good but expensive is TYLT. There is also a cheaper alternative which is supposedly a Chinese copy of Tylt.

I have a Tylt that I am very happy with. I heard that Itian A6 works fine, but I don't have personal experience with it.

This is what you need. It's pretty good against fingerprints.

u/chartyourway · 1 pointr/LGG3

I bought this, which is only up to 64, granted, but it was a smoking deal and chip is good. this is the American site and has 128, keep an eye out for deals?

This is the best one you can get for this phone, I believe. It's tempered glass and pricey, but totally worth it. Got mine a few days ago, just waiting on tmo release now.

of course it makes the phone thicker, the battery has twice the capacity. It's also twice as heavy. There is no free lunch here.

Mine is similar to this one: http://amzn.com/B00TBBL896
In fact all these 6000mAh batteries have the same back cover far as I can tell

Edit: downvoted for stating simple facts? I would have thought you guys to be better than that

This one - the iloome 8H flexible glass protector.

I went into detail about it here - http://www.reddit.com/r/LGG3/comments/2b8o0g/tempered_glass_screen_protector/cj2w2en

>iLoome makes a hybrid glass protector with a hardness of 8H (instead of the usual 9H for glass protectors). The awesome thing about this hybrid is that the glass is much more pliable and not as brittle as normal glass protectors. As a result, it's kind of like the new sapphire-hybrid display that the iPhone 6 is going to use. Pliable, bendable, not brittle, yet still high up on the hardness scale. In addition, it's also thinner than the thinnest traditional glass protector, coming in at around 0.12mm (instead of the 0.23 or greater that glass ones use)

>link here, just pulled it off of a google search

>Note: I'm not a shill, however positive this review may sound. I just had a bad experience with a normal 9H glass protector and I did some research

You might want to start looking into getting a new charger + cable. Maybe something like this

u/andrewsami70 · 1 pointr/LGG3

Just buy the original circle case along with this so that the front cover doesn't flop around.

u/JustImpressive · 2 pointsr/LGG3

I bought these, I don't even charge my phone anymore.. just the batteries.

Once one runs out I just pop the other one in.

u/Jchronos · 0 pointsr/LGG3

Got this one. Really ruggedhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00KTLJ02Y/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1425761549&sr=8-1&keywords=lgg3+otter+box+defender&dpPl=1&dpID=41J%2BvyFQgZL&ref=plSrch&pi=AC_SY200_QL40

u/NeoGe · 1 pointr/LGG3

None, as far as I know.
You can get this Spigen magnetic clip and add it to the LG Circle Case, although the reviews aren't exactly great.
I have the LG Circle Case, and it doesn't really bother me, that it occasionally flaps open.

The factory charger is garbage. I bought this from amazon and couldn't be happier. On sale too! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IP8IBYG/

u/liljay2k · 2 pointsr/LGG3

Isn't the charger it comes with only 1.5A? This one boasts fast charging: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IP8IBYG/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_1v-Xtb15XE5C1?tag=androidcentral00-20&m1k=vb_ac

Also, the first time I charged my phone it took forever. 2nd and subsequent charges went surprisingly faster.

I've had the issue but I don't always get it. I've got a class 10 microsd card (one of these) so I'm not 100% sure if that's the problem (video recording seems to pause for 1s or so at the beginning of the video and then resume as normal, so the audio is 1s ahead of the video).
