Since no one seems to know this: For your #3, there is usb cable called an A male to A male usb cable. It's possible to use QCMA like you would with a vita, but troublesome.
Make sure you don't forget to link the PSTV to an account (make another one if you need to) during the initial setup to activate it so you can install Adrenaline (easily) unless you want to hunt for a psp demo and hope PSN spoofing is working.
I never could get FileZilla to work (router), but had luck with the more full featured WinSCP. You'll need to FTP over VitaShell 1.61 for the full usb support.
> Samsung M3 Portable 1TB
I can't find that exact drive unfortunately, but this looks like it could be the same just in different housing: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00TKFEEAS/ref=psdc_430544031_t1_B01AJWNYLA?th=1
Or maybe this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Maxtor-Slimline-Portable-Hard-Drive/dp/B01AJWNYLA/ref=sr_1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1501512856&sr=1-4&keywords=Samsung+M3+Portable+1TB
What do you think?
Cheers :)
I know it works with 256GB for sure, as that's the size of microSD in my psvsd.
I wouldn't be surprised if it supports 1TB or 2TB external HDDs though.
Just be warned that 1TB and 2TB drives definitely need more power than just what the USB port on PSTV supplies. If it's a slim HDD, you'll need to achieve that using a Y-cable such as this one (USB 3.0):

I have the non battery one. works pretty well, but at the bottom where it clamps on it actually leaves a permanent dent in your vita.
beware
I actually have a cheap knockoff https://www.amazon.com/Nexilux-Handgrip-PS-VITA-1000/dp/B00V2HUWUI

this bastard dented my vita
I would try something like this. HDDs DEFINITELY need external power to spin the disc.

You will need a micro SD.
These two micro SD cards have proven to work very well:

You can pre-order a quality SD2Vita adapter here:

For homebrews, you can install them as normal in your ux0 directory.
I have been thinking of doing the same thing but just for PSV. I have calculated from NPS cvs a couple of days ago that all PSV games from NPS that have download links available will take up around 2TB, so a $150 8TB hard drive would be more than enough for PSV games + updates + dlcs. Get a second one and you can do RAID 1 for that extra redundancy. Attach both of them to your regular home computer or home server, setup software RAID 1 for those drives, setup a VPN if you are as paranoid as I am to download all games + updates + dlc from Sony from your clear IP, setup a cronjob to get the latest csv from NPS website and download new games and overwrite existing ones that have hashes changed, optionally backing up older revisions of games. So the operational cost is around $300 + VPN + a little of electricity. You might also need to buy extra drives if they fail, but NPS archiving doesn't require a lot of read/write operations, so the hard drives shouldn't fail that often. For read operations you would just need to calculate hashes of game files, once per downloaded game, and for write operations - the initial download of all games and occasional addition of new games + updates of the existing games. You probably won't even reach 12 TB of reads and 12TB writes in years to come, which is nothing. Having hard drives powered does increase the failure chance, but you could sync with NPS like once per month, having the drives powered on only for several hours per month.
This is the one

Leaving a list of stores where you can buy and support the game developer, if you are really interested in the Otome game.
PS: Maybe some people have the wrong idea, but the team that translated the game never asked for money for them, so I understand. Just a proof of purchase receipt (which didn't seem like the best option to me, but their decision is respectable).
Something they can improve in the future if they continue to translate games in PSVITA.
In the end they made an effort to translate the game, which depending on the degree of difficulty is not a task that takes little time and complications in the process, so that in the end they are catalogued as bad people for not meeting the expectations of others.
Again, excuse my English, but I just think it's unfair the way this group of fan translators were treated.
I doubt they did it in bad faith.
