I'm a huge fan of Lego but Lepin is actually great for sets that Lego has discontinued. For instance, the Lego Super Star Destroyer was discontinued but you can still find sets from private sellers for over $1000. Lepin has a near perfect knockoff for a hundred bucks. Spend a little time reprinting the STAR WNRS stickers and nobody knows the difference, with a 90% discount. I always buy from Lego when I can, but for something like this I don't mind buying the knockoff.

According to Amazon, people who bought this also bought What's Up and Spider's Web. They look equally wonderful!

It's not canned, but my super-picky wife enjoys SodaStream's Dr. Pete.

They should have done something like this to make it truly trumptastic.

Amazingly, in the UK at least, it's readily available for sale.

The answer to your question is also yes, but if you value your eyes and ears, I wouldn't though...

As far as I recall: There's a lever/tab in his back you can pull up and down and out to make his arms move and crush together. Pretty sure it also came with a soft plastic silvery rock to "smash."

Edit: Found it https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UZQNTC/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awdb_t1_Vu74AbNXN0YZV

I had a friend that owned this one weird clone based on portland. Turns out they still make it!

It's just a local dary, like Tuscan. They supply a lot to schools and food service industries.

This doesn't appear to be an offbrand. It's made by a rather large Canadian manufacturer of paper products, including paper towels, bath tissues, facial tissues, etc.

Even if one could argue "Well, they're not very well known where I'm from, so that makes them an offbrand", they're still not a crappy offbrand. I looked up some Amazon reviews, and they have four and a half stars out of five, which is definitely not crappy.

This...isn’t an off-brand, it’s a real thing. These are Pocky sticks. These are Yan yans. Note the difference.

u/sterling_mallory · 15 pointsr/crappyoffbrands

Oddly enough, despite this being an obvious photoshop, it actually goes for that price.

Original with 93% less creep-factor.

It's hard to explain. You know those gag toys, a weasel ball?

https://www.amazon.com/D-Y-TOY-Weazel-Ball-Weasel/dp/B000PKFJKG

That's what I mean, minus the tail. Now add a cheap plastic construction that looks sort of like a wide brimmed hat that is open at the top. Put the "hat" on the ground so the "brim" lies flat - previously you attached some cheap-ass dusting cloth to the bottom using velcro or something. Turn the weasel ball on, and place it in the middle of the "hat". Watch it go about its jittery, not very effective cleaning duty.

Sadly, I can't find a picture any longer. They seem to have been replaced by these roomba looking ones.

Edit: looking around a bit, cleaning by use of a "motorised ball"/weasel ball has evolved into basically putting the ball into a colourful microfiber cozy. At least it doesn't look as cheap as that weird construction. You can always claim it is a dog toy.
