Pentel EnerGel 0.7 mm are awesome. I've been using them forever -- they even say on the packaging that they're great for lefties because they dry SO FAST. After years of smudged papers and ink on my hand, these were a godsend.
Certainly. Based on personal preference and price range, I suggest knives from Global and Henckles. If price isn't really an object; I absolutely love my Shun knives.
This is the chef's knife I want once I have an excuse to spend the money on a new one: http://www.amazon.com/Shun-DM0707-Classic-10-Inch-Chefs/dp/B0000Y7KN6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367945937&sr=8-1&keywords=shun+10+inch+chef+knife
But as it stands now, I have been happily using my Mercer knives that I got from culinary school for over 2 years now.
EDIT: I should also mention that many restaurant supply and "big box" stores have VERY cheap knives designed for industry use that you can pick up for $20-$25 that will serve the average home cook very well.
You can get left handed planners that also have fun facts and things that might make it a bit more fun whilst still being practical.
Can openers are another thing (twisting direction) as well as rulers and even things like kitchen spoons which can be tilted in the opposite direction. There are also always left handed computer mice and even watches so that the dials are on the easier side to turn
I just bought this one and really like it. It goes on top of the can so it doesn't discriminate against handedness. Its also great because it leaves a smooth edge.
My mom got me one that is a ratcheting one with the mechanism on the top. Can be used either-handed very easily. I have had it over 8 years and it is great.
Progressive I Can Opener
Ugh, hand-crank can openers. I was so happy when the soup companies started putting the easy-pull tabs on their can lids.
My partner had an awesome low-tech contraption at the last place we lived: a wedge-shaped can opener mounted on the bottom of the cabinet. You just pushed the can lid into the wedge and rotated. Fucking brilliant.
It's worth switching back because it makes your brain works how it's supposed to do, making nearly everything easier/faster etc... So, yep, it's likely to your left hand outgrown you right hand in any skills your left hand is dominant for (check out mixed-handedness too). That being said, check out this book a guy exactly on same situation as you wrote: Hidden Handedness. There's also a girl that put her videos on youtube about the experience of switching back. I don't know the channel link now, but a youtube search might point you to her chanel. Can't search right now, sorry.
Came here to say this exact thing.
I enjoy the .7mm pens over the 1.0mm and the capped pen over retractable. But I can't find a capped one that's in 0.7mm.
Edit: Never looked on Amazon. Found my favorite pen ever
I absolutely love Zebra pens. In fact, all their 301s are phenomenal; mech pencils, colored pens, gels. Zebras are the only writing utensils I have bought in the past 4 years
Osborn is one of the best affordable EDC.
I've got an ambidextrous can opener that I love. No more trying to use a "righty" can opener.
After deciding that I want to buy my first guitar, this site made it easy for me to decide which way to play and dispelled many myths I've heard that discouraged me from starting. I now have a left-handed guitar on order.

If you can’t you can by plug in trackpads, like this, VOGEK Trackpad Touchpad, USB Wired Touchpad with Multi-Touch Navigation for Windows 7 and Windows 10 on Laptop/Notebook/Desktop Computer (White Grey) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MQS4TCX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_DBDZDbKX8W5N
You might be able to find cheaper ones
didnt seem to help me find any products. here are some help to others.

Fiskars 1294508697WJ Left-hand 8" Bent-left, Stainless Steel - Orange https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00006IFN8/
I have this amazing right handed one that I use. Because I'm not a spaz and can use items made the way they're intended to be used.
Back before I had this amazing ability I just had an electric can opener that was like this. http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-76380Z-Classic-Heavyweight/dp/B0000CGQD4
But that was back when I lived with my parents so I couldn't take it with me. After that I just learned how to hold a right handed one. It's really not hard, like at all.
Uniball Signo 207 is what I've been using for a few years now.
There are A few turntable models with 2 start/stop buttons that you could set up for left handed use. They're usually marketed towards DJ's.
Examples
Numark TTX
Stanton T62
The pitch controls on the Numark can be flipped but not on the Stanton, and any text on the table will be upside down, but what can A leftie do?
Interesting — I am a pusher but avoid felt tip for that very reason. I prefer the sharpie micro tip but after just a few words it's ruined and I might as well be writing with a crayon.
If you want to give another roller a shot, this is durable for me and produces reasonably fine strokes.
https://www.amazon.com/Pilot-Retractable-Premium-Refillable-Americas/dp/B001AQPQBQ/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1526219415&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=g2+gel+pen&psc=1
You're going after the wrong problem.
The problem isn't the pencil so much as it is the erasing.
What you want is the Stadler eraser. Do not substitute or cheap out. They're as cheap as can be and you only need one. I barely used one for three years of grad school.
https://www.amazon.com/STAEDTLER-Plastic-Latex-free-Age-resistant-Crumbling/dp/B00006IFAN/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?keywords=eraser&qid=1555958207&s=gateway&sr=8-15
Buy the four pack and give some out to nerdy paper friends and keep one or two as back up.
Also try to work on easing up on the death grip. It's not a contest to break pencils and you're going to be writing for the next 50 years or so. It's a marathon not a Sprint.
If you're looking for something that doesn't smear, look at getting a box of these:
http://www.amazon.com/uni-ball-Stick-Micro-Roller-60151/dp/B00006IE8P/ref=pd_sbs_op_2
I've written on shitty glossy notebook paper that's horrible about smearing, and I've had no problems with those pens.
And cursive... Don't get me started on cursive. Everything I've ever signed is a unique snowflake.
