I feel like you somehow think you deserve the best deal in the world (buying a gaming computer under 700 is really not going to get you anything in this world)

but most likely the price match will be good, I'll give some examples of things that can be price matched and things that cannot. THIS can be price matched because it is shipped and sold by amazon, but THIS cannot be price matched. notice it says "Available from these sellers" and not the regular price? that is not shipped and sold by amazon

also if you think you know a lot about what computers cost, watch this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Clrj_lSDvzQ this shows an avid PC user who always insists on building your own because its cheaper. he goes to best buy to buy a computer (sends his wife so he won't get recognized), and he could not even get one as good for the price even with raw parts cost

You'd definitely need to go full tower, but I have a corsair H105i closed loop cooling my overclocked 5820k and temps are always <45C. The H110 is on sale now and better, so I'd recommend that.

With that budget you are limiting yourself to AIC/CLC, like a Corsair H100i, Corsair H110, NZXT Kraken, etc.

On Amazon, Corsair coolers have more reviews, are cheaper, and come with free shipping. H110i GT vs. X61

Yeah I'm currently considering either the Noctua fans or a liquid cooling solution such as this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00B4OCW7K/?tag=pcp0f-21

I believe he has some playlists of his watercooling guides and reviews.

$300 isn't a large budget to work with, custom loops are expensive and honestly don't give large improvements over a good off the shelf solution.

My advice is buy two good closed loop water coolers and a NZXT G10 GPU bracket. Use 1 cooler for the CPU and 1 for the GPU.

Still too high... $125 CAD free shipping from amazon.ca: http://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00B4OCW7K/

Here's the one I have

I probably don't have the fans for it though. I swapped for slim 120mm fans so it fits in my case and I think I might have sold the OEM fans it came with.
