I can't really see it very well, but I'll bet the back sight is the Magpul Gen 2 flip up, to stick with the Magpul theme.
Can't help you with the flash light and PEQ. Don't know much about them.

Well once I get a job (graduated into the current depression we're in) and finish paying off my gf's engagement ring I want to get a nice red dot for it.
I really like the Eotech 552 http://www.amazon.com/EOTech-552-A65-Military-HOLOgraphic-Weapon/dp/B001C0PUDY But it costs a bit much and like I said I am trying to do some other things in my life right now.
Hopefully soon I will be able to get it though!
