That's cool. But like I said, it's not the same as a complete box set that many shows get, like LOST and Breaking Bad, which are in one box and include exclusive content not available in the individual seasons. TOS didn't get that complete series treatment... I doubt TNG will either.
I found the entire series of Lost on DVD, like the one seen here http://www.amazon.com/Lost-Complete-Collection-Jorge-Garcia/dp/B0036EH3WU/ref=sr_1_2?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1425393140&sr=1-2&keywords=lost+complete+series+box+set . It came in a special collector's box with trinkets and a boardgame looking sort of thing on the top. You lifted up the board to get to the discs that were all tucked away inside. My local goodwill must have thought it was a boardgame so they had it just sitting out for $9.99! I wasn't a huge fan of the show so I later sold it for $130
Definitely the Lost Complete Collection.
I found used ones on amazon for $99 - $240 (and three of them are under $105) and new ones start at $245. Sorry to burst your bubble but you might be shooting for the stars a little on this one.

As it's my favorite show of all time as well (and having watched it live from season 2 until the end), just do what I do: super fan the hell out of it and buy one of the most insane blue ray bundles on the face of the earth.
Watch the show again every year.
