I have the MSI B350 PC MATE for my Ryzen 5 and have no problems with it. It supports overclocking, and I got it for $130 CAD. You should have luck finding it cheaper if you're in the US. The B350 Tomahawk is also a great deal as well.

Amd Ryzens are pretty nice at the moment and cheap. Ryzen 1600 is a good choice. I recommend a SSD disk and a second one HDD so you have a faster system and also an storage disk. Graphic card will be the hardest. Maybe a cheap 1050 2 gb will do.

The total is around 700. You may need to add some more things put this is enough for full functionallity. Also, I wouldnt buy the parts on amazon, but this way you can search them in a good electronics shop from your country which adds the assembly. Standards can be changed easily, that depends on what you preffer.

The CPU and board are not compatible. The board is AM1 socket while the CPU is FM1 socket.

I would look at something like this if you want integrated graphics - https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Ryzen-Processor-Radeon-Graphics/dp/B079D8FD28/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1525742910&sr=8-5&keywords=amd+ryzen+5.

You will then want to find an AM4 board. I would suggest something like this - https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Gaming-Ryzen-Motherboard-TOMAHAWK/dp/B06WVFFXXL/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1525743002&sr=8-2&keywords=b350+am4+board.

It won't break the bank and the parts are newer than what you have listed in your wishlist.

Ryzen 1600 is on sale for a great price right now.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XNRQHG4

And then any B350 or B450 motherboard would be good to pair it with.
https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Gaming-B350-Motherboard-TOMAHAWK/dp/B06WVFFXXL

Then you just need DDR4 ram.

Never mind, I found a good Motherboard with RGB Control It's the Tomahawk Arctic / Regular Tomahawk

u/TheValknut · 1 pointr/buildapc

Hey. I recommend going on a third party website to buy Windows 10. As for the video card, you can either cheap out and go for a lower graphics card like the RX 580 8GB or RX VEGA 64. As for the motherboard, I recommend picking up this motherboard: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Gaming-B350-Motherboard-TOMAHAWK/dp/B06WVFFXXL/ref=sr_1_11?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1550390379&sr=1-11&keywords=am4+motherboard (If you don't mind the red LEDs)

Otherwise, you could buy https://www.amazon.com/Ryzen-Gaming-Motherboard-Prime-B450-Plus/dp/B07FKT5CTH/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1550390368&sr=1-2&keywords=b450+motherboard this one for a tad more expensive.

You can also replace the SSD with a 120GB SSD and buying a 1TB HDD. It might be more expensive, but it will be more reliable.

Ultimately, I highly recommend you go for a cheaper GPU.

The MSI B350 is currently one of the bests out there. Check it out here but also check out other online/local retailers to see if it is available for cheaper.

u/TalazHotS · 1 pointr/buildapc

Hey, thanks again for all your help! I'm pretty clueless about this stuff.

Would this MOBO work?
https://www.amazon.com/MSI-B350-TOMAHAWK-Gaming-Motherboard/dp/B06WVFFXXL/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

Are there any specific cases I need for it?

edit: oh duh it's an ATX one

u/Computerknight54 · 1 pointr/buildapc

I feel like the MSI B350 Tomahawk is a better board https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B06WVFFXXL/?tag=pcp0f-20

However I can't say that your memory compatibility would be any better as I don't know which dies are use in that module

u/nObRaInAsH · 1 pointr/IndianGaming

Can this replace your suggested mobo? only because ive heard about B350 Tomohawk before

u/Toxicable · 1 pointr/buildapc

ok after doing a bit of reading I think the Tomahawk will do the 3200
