They were kinda pricey, but they haven't fallen off! I tried everything to keep the original rubber feet on - double sided extra strength adhesive, super glue, hot glue, etc.. None of them withstood the heat!

Before I found this, I also bought a set of long rubber laptop feet (looks like the rubber feet that comes with the metal SSD cover). I'll be removing the adhesive glue with Goo Gone and use the two rubber bars as a two-piece riser.

(1.) Crazy glue the rubber feet back on the bottom of the Surface Book 2.
(2.) Get a clear case for your Surface Book 2: Here
- With the clear case, if you have the 15" Surface Book 2, you're good to go. If you have the 13.5" version, the clear case isn't as good.
