Yes, it has dovetail mounts on top. I would get on that $50 rebate and find a Bushnell trophy 3-9x40. I just mounted one last night on my model 60 to replace the shitty barska scope I had. It looks great and the sight picture is very clear. I'll get you a pic later if you want to see. This is my favorite .22 I own, though mine's from the early 2000's. Stupid accurate.

No problem. If you buy the one with irons it should come with two little scope mounts in the box. You will attach those to the receiver above the bolt handle pretty much. If it doesn't come with them you will need to pick up something that looks like this but for your model. Than you will need something like these scope rings.
Take this information with a grain of salt and do your own research. Like watching a unboxing video of the model of rifle to see if it comes with the scope mount parts.
