I am assuming you have the non-bose setup.

The short answer IIRC is you need a line level adapter to RCA(from the existing rear speakers perhaps) to RCA adapter for your subs. Don't get that one but you get the idea. Better ones. Look at monoprice.com or crutchfield, etc. Personally I would suggest you just buy a new double din head unit instead as they usually come with RCA inputs and you won't have to lose your current rear speakers.

I tend to like to buy from crutchfield because they include a wiring harness and adapter usually.

You could use an adapter, something like this perhaps: http://www.amazon.com/Speaker-Level-Converter-Adaptor-Control/dp/B007VTMSEO

i'm having trouble finding anything specifically designed for tube amps.

I don't think so. Depending if you are keeps the stock radio. There are solutions that are plug and play around 800 to just add a sub to existing radio.
I believe jl audio has a solution for that
Also component speaker range anywhere from 75 to 1000 a pair and that's not including an amp to run them.

This is a good solution to run your own amp without replacing radio for a sub with external amp

Just saw this

But I'm happy with my stock radio and speakers
Just looking for a little bottom end

I assume those are speaker level outputs with just TS connectors. You’ll need some sort of converter and you’ll need to either make custom TS plugs or just buy a mono 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable and cut it in half and use its wires to directly connect to a converter.
