This is the one I got it works really well going from my cable box to my wii u and ps4 and doesnt require me to interact with it really either.
ok thats easy, i bought a HDMI splitter as well and I just read that HDCP could be causing the issue with encryption. when i get a chance i'll try it out. this is what i bought.

so you want to be able to play your XB on another TV in a separate room other than where the console is placed??
You can use a splitter if you wish.. make sure it is a powered one... dont go cheap... they will burn out... but with a splitter the signal is pushed through to both locations at once... if you want the ability to switch from one TV to another... you want a switcher... which only pushes the signal to one loaction at a time and are usually NON powered...

Mind you this a good brand but not the best... you can for a higher price = better outcome...
Amazon sells HDMI splitter for like 20 bucks. I have all 3 of my gaming console hooked up to the splitter which in turn hooks up to one of the HDMI slot on my amplifier.
These box auto switch too so it will switch to the right input depending on whichever machine is currently on.
