Have you checked out Amazon? You can get a queen size, 20 lb blanket for more than half that here, and it gets really good reviews. Just looking to make your goals a little more attainable!
I'm not sure, my mom got it for me for Christmas. It's pretty heavy though and is hard to try and pull off the bed. I think it was this one
The queen I bought for my girlfriend was much cheaper.
The most expensive and most outrageous on all my lists would be this weighted blanket
Plus this [cover] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0753L52YX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_6AkUzbCQYXQJF)
The only other items in an even comparable price range is Rosetta Stone software and a 10pc set of copper ceramic cookware.
i think that ratio (1/3 of bodyweight) is a bit high amigo...
a 180lb person would be getting crushed with 60lbs on top of them all night
ive read the recommended ratio is around 10% of bodyweight

Edit: have you looked into the wireless headband headphones? I haven’t tried them but they have a good rating and fakespot hasn’t found any deception.
