Although the liberator feels nice, it actually doesn't do a good job of soaking up the liquid. I just got a new squirt-friendly blanket from Amazon that I love, and it's worked very well so far.
( THROWS OF PASSION Waterproof... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075WZGFJG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share )
I also have waterproof mattress protectors and have even soaked through those on good days, so being able to absorb volume is what matters to me.
I also take puppy pads with me to other partners' homes or to sex parties so that I don't leave big puddles everywhere, haha. Look for super absorbent ones.
Good luck!
It's a little on the expensive side for my liking.
They have cooling ones! Here’s a link to one o Amazon - Syrinx Cooling Weighted Blankets 15lbs, 60''x80'', Dark Grey for Adult, 100% Breathable Cotton with Glass Beads https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NJP9W64/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_R2BDDbZGPPXNG
Wool blankets aren't cheap in general. You can check military surplus stores, maybe Goodwill. I've gotten some good deals at rendezvous in Wisconsin.
Here is a decent option.

Pretty cheap on Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/KAYSO-SERCAL-SW200M-Mexican-Blanket/dp/B004352Q14
They're typically known as Mexican style blankets
I don't know if you were trying to format it in any particular way, but put brackets [] around the words and parentheses () around the link.

If not, carry on.
You need one of these from Carol and David
TOP Waterproof Blanket, Deluxe Bed and Furniture Protector for People and Pets, Reversible, Leak Proof Moisture Barrier, Soft Fleece (Purple Blue Reversible, Jumbo 80x60)
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B075WZGFJG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_z3jzDbK22S0V7
If you have the budget, I'd recommend one of these. We issued water proof mattress covers but it was a pain to have to change the sheets before going to bed after sex. Towels or disposable bed pads over the sheets work but they can be distracting and possibly kill the mood.
This plus two of these (one to sleep on and one to sleep under) is all you need.
Cots aren't worth the space needed and air mattresses aren't worth the time it takes to set them up, the noise with it, or the space.

Sorry for the big link - Throws of passion waterproof pleasure blanket!!!
Buy this. Leave it in your favorite chair. Thank me later.
Have you checked out Amazon? You can get a queen size, 20 lb blanket for more than half that here, and it gets really good reviews. Just looking to make your goals a little more attainable!
True story. Also, it's incredibly hard to find 100% cotton (good quality cotton) no microfiber sheets. Egyptian cotton no longer means anything. I went with 400 count organic cotton sheets off amazon and a cotton blanket. Amazing. SO no longer overheated.
ya..I'll never forget my first time. I hosed down the fucking room. It was great.
Edit: Just an FYI GET MATTRESS COVERS NOW!!! I use a Throe
You want a heavy fleece blanket plus a regular comforter. If you can afford to get yourself a heated blanket you will be living in the lap of luxury.
This is kind of living situation dependant but, if you find that your windows are drafty blackout curtains are a decent insulator if you can't put up something more serious.
If you can't control the heat of your whole living space (someone else controls the thermometer and you're cold, or maybe your room is a cold spot) you can keep the heat in your bedroom by covering up your windows and the top part of the door with a blanket. I'd do this before getting a space heater.
Go buy a case of ramen and a bottle of your favorite eye watering hot sauce. Sometimes you just want to clear out the face pipes.
Make a little winter survival kit for your car. https://www.skilledsurvival.com/winter-emergency-vehicle-kit/ This list is super intense but it's not bad. I wouldn't be too worried about like... a propane heater, camp stove or a gas tank. My SO swears by traction mats, but if they won't fit in your car you can throw down some sand or kitty litter under stuck tires.
Oh, don't' forget to drink water and use chapstick
Towels won't do you much good, as they will get soaked through. You need a waterproof sex blanket like the Liberator throes that you can lay down and go wild on, and just throw it in the washer when you're done.
It's a hotel... cleaning up first is completely optional. So long as you don't literally piss all over their furniture ain't nobody gonna care.
(btw, some advice from someone with the same kink: Invest in a Fascinator Throe, it's a velvety waterproof sex tarp. Even if your bf isn't into it, it gives you a lot more options for solo fun.)
I'm not sure, my mom got it for me for Christmas. It's pretty heavy though and is hard to try and pull off the bed. I think it was this one
Try this: THROWS OF PASSION Waterproof Pleasure Blanket https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075WZGFJG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_dERSAbZGKWEYC
20-30 orgasms is a lot. That’s like hitachi / powertools territory. Are you two pounding it out? Or going slow and passionate? Maybe try slowing it down a bit.

Ha, well, the first one I really liked was Italian army surplus that had been mothballed in a limited lot for years, perhaps decades. Pretty soft, pretty durable: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CX8U1CE/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The most recent one is very soft, not yet sure how durable, had it a year, no wear, no outside use (which was the biggest benefit I thought of my parents'): https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D1AJVHY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have one more that is older than the Italian army, it's probably the roughest, it's endured outdoor usage and indoor. It's a little scratchy, but nothing like my parents' Vietnam stuff. Unfortunately I don't remember where I got it. EBay maybe, at least 5 years ago, possibly more like 10-15.
I had one other that got lost in a move. It was pretty durable, but again, fairly rough, and no idea where it came from.
The queen I bought for my girlfriend was much cheaper.
You need [this.] (http://www.amazon.com/Temperature-Regulating-Cotton-Blanket-Oyster/dp/B004D0G0SE/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top)
I don't think this is the exact blanket, but it has [SHIBE] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B013W00AEK/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1511204673&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=shiba+inu+blanket&dpPl=1&dpID=51yvRdaKZnL&ref=plSrch)
I ordered this one (60x80 20lbs)
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B078V8WQBB?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_title
I can’t say how it compares to other ones. This is my first weighted blanket, but I love it. I fall asleep faster and seem to sleep deeper.

Amazon!
I love it. I accidentally got a 10lb blanket, but I meant to get a 20lb. I still like it a lot but when it's time to replace I'm definitely getting the heavier one. I didn't really expect it to do anything but so far it's been wonderful!
The brand is Hudson Bay.

edit: and I guess they're worth more than I mentioned above :)
Cherish that blanket.
I doubt you will be happy with that blanket. I personally detest the surplus blankets. They are hit or miss quality, most of them smell, and they are almost never 100% wool. We all love wool but fleece out performs wool pound for pound. It’s not naturally fire resistant but it wrings dry and cost next to nothing by comparison.
I have hit the trails with this blanket in king before. It was my go to for 40°F and warmer until I finally got a down blanket.
My sister bought me a blanket like this blanket. it's helped me a lot at night. I just pulled up that one for example. I have no clue where she got it.
I tend to do a couple cotton blankets( you don’t have to). Eddie Bauer Herringbone Chrome Cotton Blanket, Full/Queen, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EHCQ88O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_eLk3CbBFS4T30 this is just an example. I prefer something with a grid design so I know I’m putting it on right. You don’t have to though. A cotton blanket with a throw on it might work better for you. Layering can be easier for summer. Utopia Bedding Woven Cotton Blanket Breathable, Cotton Throw Blanket and Quilt for Bed and Sofa, Grey https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J82V4II/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_9Sk3Cb6GQ8JKE is another option. You can of course get a fluffy comforter but there are other options. You can always put the comforter away in summer. You can also buy a bed sized throw. Also using 2 throws is an option (for bigger beds or get a say queen throw). For me layering works better. You get to choose how you layer. A friend does a cotton blanket and jersey knit throw over it in summer. You can always add a puffy comforter on top. A coverlet is also an option. Comfy Bedding Extra Lightweight and Oversized Thermal Pressing Leafage 3-Piece Coverlet Set (King/Cal King, Beige) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072C569XL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_.2k3Cb18HFTW7 as an example. You can pick what you like and layer or don’t layer. I’m just pointing out you don’t have to sleep on the comforter in summer. You can put it up or order something for summer and see how you like it. You can add a comforter at winter. Not everyone uses comforter sets. Links are just examples, pick what you like and buy what you like wherever.

When I say comforter I'm referring to this versus this which I consider a blanket
If you need others to inspire you to help people you were never going to help people in the first place. Homelessness is not a new problem, it does not require social media exposure: People who take these photos and post these stories want their pat on the back and told they are a good person.
Edit: Also have some self awareness when doing this type of thing: The homeless do not want personal care items, they can get those from any shelter/church. Want to get them something? Warm underwear/socks in a ziplock bag (thermal or wool), a bottle of water (canteens might seem nice but they will often wind up lost/stolen/throw out when they become a burden) and a good blanket.
https://www.amazon.com/Olive-Green-Retardent-Blanket-Military/dp/B00D1AJVHY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1492446716&sr=8-3&keywords=army+surplus+wool+blanket This style, wash and dry it first otherwise it will be itchy and most likely get thrown out.
All clothing items: Launder them first, when they first reach you they will be painful to wear, spend the time to clean them.
i think that ratio (1/3 of bodyweight) is a bit high amigo...
a 180lb person would be getting crushed with 60lbs on top of them all night
ive read the recommended ratio is around 10% of bodyweight

Yes please!
I believe it was found here
I like variety
Those foamy type blankets are very comfortable and make a good light weight blanket. I think they're called vellux and they have a kind of velvet texture.
then a good wool blanket, army surplus ones are the best. And there's an abundance of stuff on amazon.
Avoid anything made by rothco and avoid anything called disaster relief/first aid/rescue blankets or similar. Rothco products are grotesquely inferior, but it's kinda hard to mess up a blanket. Maybe they do ok. Judge for yourself.
However, the 'disaster blankets' are just disposable recycled compressed fibers and they degrade quickly. Only meant to keep people warm/comfort them for briefly when they have nothing else. They're commonly found in police crusiers and ambulances.
these are probably the best legit ones, but they are available under other listings from a variety of vendors. And there's a ton of options out there, the french and polish ones are pretty rugged and good for camping. Mexican style wool blankets are rad, but it's not as cool as going to Mexico and getting it yourself.
swiss
good ole murican milsurp, made for cuddling not outdoor adventures it's a literal safety blanket. I miss these things. Bear in mind it might be rank with fire retardant and first, so wash it with some woollite and it'll get all snuggly.
Do you mean this? Just making sure...

Edit: have you looked into the wireless headband headphones? I haven’t tried them but they have a good rating and fakespot hasn’t found any deception.
Similarly, I bought this and love it. Pinzon is Amazon's own brand , so I think that helps with easier returns and quality concerns ( hopefully none) in the future. I've had it for about 2 years and it's great. I machined washed it on no spin and it was fine.

Hmm I am not sure about that, but I did a quick search of amazon and found this one that’s $30:
Bedbee Weighted Blanket - Cool Breathable Cotton and Hypoallergenic Polyster Fabric for Both Soft and Breathable Cozy-Warm Sleep (Grey, 48''72''- 15LB) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q3SMBB6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_tqdZDbPN7YKAZ
It’s a cheaper version of the Liberator.
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B075WZGFJG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_jvkVDbB56G4AW
I had a lot of issues with the feathers, as well as an allergic reaction.
I'd like something lightweight, suitcase-packable, hypoallergenic, washable, and doesn't shed. I looked on Amazon, and there are rave reviews on
polar fleece: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J7B8T5Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_RCsVAbT1RHJKW
microfiber Sherpa throw: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0158ER0E6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_EDsVAbVF2DZ9J
But I have no idea if any of these and similar hold up during NYC winters.
