You used to be able to get a 'repair' part that would be riveted over top of the existing strut tower, to provide support.
Apparently it's a common issue and that was the fix early on.
Ya, I think yours is too far gone.

If I could afford it I'd try to find a newer Caravan. They're much much better, the 3.6 is an awesome motor and the later vans without leaf springs drive much better.
I put them on all four corners on my 2010, fronts on the middle setting. Ordered this for the rear: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DBS4OSC/. Bilstein says just reuse the bushings, but I felt better replacing them due to the age.
I've been happy with them; to be fair, the factory shocks were in bad shape so anything was going to be better. It looks better too. The rears were easy to do myself, the fronts are much tougher so I had a shop do that and the alignment you'll need. Labor installing the shocks was $250, I think.
Only issue I've had is the links on my front sway bar are apparently over-extended and pop now. I've been meaning to look into that.
Well anchored so it doesn't bounce, a SSD (if possible), and you should be OK. Realize all cards and such need to be properly installed and locked in place too.
You could use shock mounts, which can help a bit.
Do you have this mount?

If so then rain it down.

Camber arms, if you don’t have any installed already. Depending on the age of your current suspension, you may need new top hats, bearings, and bump stops.
PKS strut mount
Before that I made my own using velcro and the GoPro wrist mount housing.
