Something like this is what I have. They are so sticky and long lasting I wear them every day and have had the same pair since March. I truly think I debunked the system for women who don’t need bras but still nip. Pretty cheap compared to the price of bras and very long lasting. I can’t recommend this more! They’re also comfortable, sweat-proof, and not noticeable even under thin or tight shirts. The pair I got was $25 and I don’t think I’ll ever buy a bra again

I go braless at all times when at home. During winter months if it’s chilly enough out to need a sweater or hoodie I go braless underneath. I’m a 34DD, and my breasts are more toward the pendulous side of things, so finding a wireless bra that doesn’t give me uniboob and/or flop everything into weird shapes or out of the bra altogether is difficult. When I do have to wear a bra, these are the only ones I’ve found that work for me:

• Calvin Klein cotton bralettes (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XSLRFSV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_7mD.BbM472GPB) are incredibly comfortable and hold things in well enough. These go on sale pretty often for under $20, I’ve paid as little as $16 for them so far, new from amazon. I wear large. These work nicely for me for working out or if I’m likely to be sweating at all, or times when i might have to move quickly. They hold things in quite well and are moisture wicking and breathable.
  
• Calvin Klein Invisibles Bralette (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07797HSXX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_jvD.BbP38YV0J) is my absolute holy grail bra for fibro. It’s like wearing nothing at all, it has no areas where it’s uncomfortable or pinches or sags. The straps are not adjustable, but it works fine for me. These go on sale for about half price now and then, I snag them when they do. I wear a large. The material on this is very silky and thin. I haven’t yet worn it during any workouts or gotten sweaty in it so I can’t say how well it does with moisture wicking but it’s very breathable.
  
• Calvin Klein Women's Invisibles Adjustable Strap Bralette (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077991MP5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_1wD.Bb5M1G0HQ) are basically the same as the above, but have adjustable straps and a bit less of a longline fit. It’s therefore a little less comfortable but still incredibly comfortable imo. I wear a large. These go on sale pretty often, too. Same material as the previous one.
  
  In order to find these 3 styles, I did amazon prime wardrobe numerous times, I tried on about 40 different styles from no-name brands on up to the $100 bralettes. These were the only 3 I found heavenly comfortable.
  
  For days when I just can’t wear any bra, period, but have to leave the house and it’s not cold enough for a thick top:
  
• Silicone Nipple Covers Adhesive Pasties (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JVNTX3G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_tzD.BbYPQBR5G) - these are soft, they don’t hurt to apply or remove, and they are genuinely invisible under anything but the thinnest fabrics. I can’t say yet how long they last with proper care but many reviewers were getting nearly double the estimate.

Braza Braza has Mocha and Coca petals that are a lot lighter to wear and more comfortable then LeMarcs

and MintYard has several different colors that you can match your shirts or skintone to. These are single use though they won’t stick after removal at all and leaves your boobs kind of sticky

use athletic tape, something thin that won't really show through a shirt, or you could get some nipple covers (it think this is what I bought last time) the only problem with them is that they have a limited number of uses and after that you either need to buy some costume glue or get new ones.

I felt like I was ripping at my boobs with namebrand Nippies, but these knockoffs aren't adhesive over the areola. I bought a 4 pack because they're cheap and I figured they wouldn't last, but they actually have such good longevity that I gave 2 pair to friends!

Have you tried wearing Brassy bras they are like stick on cups that lift up your breast but I they are one time use. There are also reusable pasties that work the same way and are cheaper.
