Cat shelves may be an option if you have an empty wall or two or a doorway you wouldn't mind having a cat bridge crossing, and either are handy yourself or have access to someone who is, or have disposable income.

My youngest one loves the things and I placed a wooden board across from one to another for a bridge. If pics are wanted I can post some. They both get used and the first one has held up really well.

We had a similar move and worried our monster would be sad about the lack of stairs, since that was his favorite place to run when he went psycho. We found a pretty affordable cat tree on Amazon that's very sturdy and had great ratings. He loves it! He seemed to know it was for him immediately and wouldn't stay off of it long enough for me to put it together. The brand is Armarkat and the come in a bunch of different sizes and colors.

I was just wondering this same thing. I found this one that isn't too tall and looks easy to clean. I don't have any rabbit experience though so I can't say for sure if it would be good.

I like the idea of a grey sectional, and think a yellow accent chair and yellow and blue throw pillows would really brighten up the place. If you go yellow, find matching curtains. Curtains are a must!!

This one is similar to the one I've got that supports three 10LB+ cats even after the dog chewed one of the walls of the bottom box apart. The biggest thing to pay attention to when shopping for tall cat trees is how sturdy the base is. Also make sure that the top of the tree is supported by the base, not hanging out in the middle of a box or something ready to tumble down (like this one). My brother had one like that and it lasted like 3 months with his ONE cat before the top started to lean. I like this one a lot too. Cute & sturdy! Depending on how big / clumsy your cat is, you may want to think about getting one that you can screw the top into the wall. Our cats would jump up to the top and rock the entire thing.

Window hammocks are also pretty swell. And you can buy grass patches online!! If you decided to do a cat tree (which will give you lots of options for height and hidey holes) make it yourself!! Store bought ones are generally crap. All you need is PVC pipe, nails, boards, and carpet scraps (which can often be gotten for supa cheap at carpet installation places)

That is true. While my scratcher isn't as elaborate as this, it has a basket similar to the ones on the sides that my cat loves laying in.
