Well, a cheap agility tunnel could be found by searching for kid's playstuff.

For example, this is about $20 on amazon. You can't make it turn like you can a real agility tunnel, but it's something!

I'd also suggest getting just some wood and cutting it up into various lengths. Then you can pile it up like it's ruins or rubble which would be great for S&R. You could also add in some lengths of PVC. This would also be great for hiding scents in when you start with more complicated nosework.

Another good thing might be a sheet of vinyl or something similar. I found this on amazon but I remember correctly, IKEA has a really cheap one as well. It's slippery and weird.

A small sheet of astroturf would also be good.

I'm picturing those lengths of wood being used under these surfaces as well to get used to uneven surfaces that aren't altogether steady (although make sure to make sure your puppy is safe!)

Maybe a blue tarp (you know, the standard ones you can get for $20 at walmart) would also be a really good idea. You could hang it up so your puppy has to walk under it, you could make it so that your puppy has to push it aside to go through it, you could make your puppy walk on it. I think a blue tarp would be excellent.

Finally, I'd also suggest making a wobble board. Just glue half a tennis ball onto a 4x4 sheet of plywood. Gets your dog used to things that move.

You can get a vinyl carpet runner such as this and if you get a roll of it you can cut to fit several doors.

Don't reward her for pee pad use, it will make housebreaking her harder. I would get some floor protectors to make any messes easy to clean up and protect your floors for the time being. Honestly with the risk of intestinal blockages very real I would remove the pads when she can't be watched. Then start really housebreaking her when she is fully vaccinated.

You could get a chair mat like this and cut it down to size. One chair mat 30x48" would yield a couple of bin mats, so you have extra (if one gets discolored or whatever). Easy to rinse and has nubs on the bottom to keep it in place on carpet.

Man, I can see your poor floorboards getting really scratched up over time, if you don't use a chair mat (something like this). That Ikea desk chair's wheels aren't very forgiving on wood floors...

Very clean workspace, though!

Here is the one I have in the image.

I originally had an Ikea one but it kept sliding forward on my carpet. This new one is better, but I do have to adjust it every week or so.

I recommend from experience a polycarbonate chair mat, they're far stronger than the vinyl, and they don't make divots under the chair wheels.

I've used this one for like a decade. It's bulletproof.

Got it on amazon only had it for a week or so, but so far it seems fine. - floor mat

Good eye! Yes I have carpet, but haven't had any issues at all. If you're worried though, my friend recommended one of these......Chair Mat for Carpets | Low/Medium Pile Computer Chair Floor Protector for Office and Home | Opaque, Studded | Polypropylene | 30"x48" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O32UKUQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_R-pLDbVEVGB4P

irks me a wee bit too. I suggest to the guy this floor mat ( I even got the american link cos i'm handy). I have the carpet version, its pretty good, large enough too if you like rolling about a bit.

You could get a bunch of chair mats.

You can also try these office mats for carpets. They work well for my dutchie as she'll rip through the foam pads. Rugs over the carpet work as well.

I would recommend a shop vac over a regular vacuum cleaner. They’re made for messier messes and can handle moisture, while moisture can fuck up your everyday vacuum.

My next step would be to either rent a rug doctor from the hardware store or buy a bissell wet vacuum off of Amazon. They’re iirc $120 or less depending on the size of the vacuum and the amount of cleaners and accessories you buy. Lastly, I’d recommend getting some kind of rug or plastic mat to put under your plant area so that cleanup is a lot easier next time. You could get a really cute runner or something like this. It’s clear so it won’t mess with the color scheme of the room and it’s so very practical. Plus, it comes in multiple sizes!

I recommend a chair mat. I just got this one. Nice set-up!

u/bismuth92 · 1 pointr/beyondthebump

Maybe get one of those mats that are meant to go under office chairs? They are pretty heavy duty. Like this.

u/jshatxmscl · 1 pointr/battlestations

Get yourself one of these. Your carpet with thank you.

u/bigchorizo1 · 1 pointr/battlestations

Nice setup. I recommend getting one of these. The wheels on your chair are gonna chew up that carpet and make it look ugly in a few months. Your carpet looks nice and new-ish.

I'd offer a cheaper solution.
Not sure where to look in denmark but get some anti-fatigue mats. They should be much much cheaper than the sorbothane but just as effective. Heres a link to one at amazon uk which I think you can order from?

its 76x46 So I would recommend cutting it length wise into 2 38x46 pieces and stacking them then place the fridge on top.

I would buy a square floor matt like you mind find under an office desk and chair. It would look better than a piece of cardboard, lol.

u/oxanagig · 0 pointsr/battlestations

Totally agree.
I got this one and it works great.
