I am so sorry that happened to you! Is there a way you can carry a small doorstop in your bag? If your employer won't or can't put a lock on a door, you could put up your sign on the outside and then put the doorstop on the inside to keep people out. I'm thinking something like this

Well good news and bad news. Bad news: they don’t remember and I can’t find it ANYWHERE online. Only thing closest to it is called Spring, but it’s a kickstarter. Good news: rubber door wedges should be just fine for your purposes I’d assume. They’re about $3-9 at Walmart, and I have provided a link below. Until you can have the time and money to rekey the locks, how about one of these bad boys ? If your doors are inward swinging, pop this under them to stop it up, and if someone pushes inward, it unleashes unholy sound-fury!

I'm a fan of these magnetic door stops because our house is 100 years old and not too level. Holds doors open, but keeps them from being TOO open.
